CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 47 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works Great the dryer duct was easy to install and the correct length. February 10, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Spring Clips Hard To Work With Though the mylar spring tubing seems somewhat tough, I don't think this ducting can stand a whole lot of times being put on the dryer and taken off again. I discovered my outside duct had too much pipe on it, because I couldn't move the dryer as close to the wall as I would like, so I took this ducting off to cut the pipe, but it felt like it was going to split or tear if I wasn't careful with how I put it on again. Then the duct popped off my dryer the first time I used it. The spring clamps aren't that good and are too small for a standard vent pipe. You have to "spring" them out so you can even get the things on. I would recommend standard wormscrew hose clamps instead, much easier and reliable to get on and stay on. The spring clips are terrible. April 21, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Works great This duct is good quality and is expandable and flexible to fit anywhere. December 16, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good duct, painful clamps. Excellent duct paired with inexpensive clamps. If you don't have a good set of gloves, they will hurt your fingers. The ends are too far apart to use the largest pliers I have, and the necessarily strong spring made them cumbersome to work with in a cramped space. If buying again and this was the only product available, I'd head down to the screw clamp isle and supplement with a pair appropriate in size. February 3, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by wonderful I am completely satisfied with this product... Would definitely get it again... April 8, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by The Tube is fine...I hate the clamps I had to replace my tube because my crazy dogs ate the old one. The product (tube) by itself was fine. It was sturdy enough that, with a minimum of care, it didn't get destroyed in the process of puting it on. However, I personnaly HATE those clamps. I tried to connect it Christmas Morning and almost ruined my whole day. So, I used one of them on the duct going to the wall and out of the house which wasn't too difficult. However, to attach it to the exhaust on the back of my dryer, I purchased a clamp (from Home Depot for @ $3) that could be tightened and lossened with a screwdriver (like the ones on your hoses on your radiator in your car). I turned off the gas and tilted my dryer so the back was pointed up, fit the good clamp over the hose and put it on the dryer exhaust and tightened the clamp with my trusty screwdriver until it was good and tight and didn't move. Then I set my dryer back up normally and turned the gas back on (after tightening the gas link, of course). Everything works just fine now. So, if you don't mind using those clamps, then you don't need to purchase anything else. However, if you're like me you and hate the clamps that come with the product, do yourself a favor and spend the extra 3 bucks to get the screw-on clamp. January 14, 2014
