Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by NL Didn't work
Voltage kept dropping for each light, a series of 5 under counter lights. First light was bright, next dimmer and so on, last light not so bright. Replaced this transformer with a different brand, same specs and it works fine.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by DA ELECTRONIC transformer??
I did not realize this was an electronic transformer, which means it has not only a maximum load rating but also a minimum load rating. My application did not meet the minimum load requirement so as of yet it has not outputted 12 volts. I have ordered a power resistor to load up the transformer in hopes it will function as needed but it has not arrived yet. If it works after installing the resistor I will be happy, otherwise I will be buying a real transformer.

The Lightech was east to install and the wattage was
enough not to over heat from use.It was a replacement
for a transformer that was twice the size and kept over
heating and stop working. In all it does a great job...

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by okie Small, easy to install and runs alot cooler than my old ones
Had the old style regular transformer, these run cooler, smaller and are reasonable in price. I recommend. They have been installed for a couple of months now. They power 3 20 watt halogen bulbs.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bilzinho Great replacement for unreliable low-voltage lighting cord transformer
I needed to replace a failed "lump on a line" plug transformer for a low voltage lighting system with "puck" style halogen lights. The 150 watt rating let me swap out 2 transformers and run 6-8 low voltage low wattage lamps on a single circuit. You should probably know how to solder to get the most out of this unit.
