Joe, this is how you add it to the Wink add.

Click the exclusion mode button and wait until the LED light on your Wink hub is flashing blue.  Once it is, press whatever button the device uses to pair with a hub. Try to keep an eye on the hub LED, as if it works correctly, a green light should flash before returning to solid blue.
If that worked, you now need to do the exact same thing, but instead of "Exclusion Mode", you're going to select "Inclusion Mode.” Read Less

Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by As advertised. Product works exactly as advertised. Good solid construction -- weather resistant. Hooked up to my SmartThings app easily and responds to all commands. July 8, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by ZWave convenience outdoors AS with many folks slow-walking into home automation, I wanted to add temporary outside lighting capability to my Z-Wave hub so I ordered a couple of these outdoor switches. The outdoor rated plugs work exactly as they should. Good range and functionality - as expected. The only critique I have is that the receptacle is recessed a bit making the plug in of a cube tap not possible. No big deal really, but caused having to use a short extension cord. from the module to a cube tap. December 15, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect for Christmas lights. Purchased this for Christmas lights to work with my Wink hub and my already setup outdoor lights schedule. Works like a charm! December 22, 2015
