It does not but the cut is so good that all I have ever needed is emery cloth (which is a roll of sandpaper) to take off any minor burs

Answer:
Phil,
The JR does not include a de-burring blade. The compact size limits it's ability to have additional capabilities. I've found a penny, nickel or quarter work in a pinch! Especially in confined spaces.

Yes, but will dull soon since electrical conduit is soft steel. This cutter is made for softer materials like copper or aluminum.

Answer:
PVC is not it intended application but if the space you are cutting is tight then this may be your only tool. It will cut up to 1/2 schedule 40 PVC but it will take awhile to cut since Schedule 40 has thick walls. HDX makes a PVC cutter that will do the same job in 1 second if you can get to the PVC easily.
