No. You'll have to buy your own. AND if you have a lot of work to do, I would buy a gallon, its cheaper per ounce than smaller containers and this saw (along with a lot of chainsaws) seems to go through it at a good pace.

It is significantly quieter than a gas powered chainsaw. It is by no means silent. I personally use earplugs anyway. But to my sensitive ears, the difference is dramatic. It is by no means silent. I would compare it to to a circular saw.

Using an app on my iPhone, my saw clocked 86dB at 7 feet, running free (no cutting when we took the measurement). A friend's gas saw was 111dB.
Note that you can't always trust sound pressure meters on an iDevice - their mics have AGC (Automatic Gain Control)... but I CVAN attest that the electric saw was much less noisy than the gas.

VERY quiet compared to a gas powered chainsaw. There is no engine screaming, its just the sound of the blade twirling. Very comparable to the difference between a gas powered lawn mower and an electric mower. Much quieter.

Yes, the Homelite chainsaw does indeed have a gravity feed chain lubricating system. It really works, sometimes TOO well! Never a doubt it is working, though.
I had this out again last week for some work and still I am so pleased to have this tool.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 417 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by NICE ELECTRIC CHAINSAW I bought this 9 AMP Homelite 14" chainsaw to replace a 12" Remington electric saw I purchased years ago as the housing cracked making it difficult to keep the bar and chain tight. It worked real well for me and had seen real hard use sawing up a old building I tore town. I needed this Homelite to replace it so I could do some willow tree removal, etc. So far I'm real happy with this saw. It cut through the green willow branches like a hot knife through butter ! Automatic chain oiler, chain tension. Put some bar oil in it, plug it in,let't rip. NICE! Decent quality for the price, couldn't get any simpler. I expect to get a reasonable life out of this unit with light duty tree trimming and general light chainsaw use. May 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This little thing is a work horse. I've had two of these and they work really well for small trees. This is my second one and I've had it for three years. The first one was over used and it burnt out but that was my fault. You can't use these for 4 hours in a row or they will fail. I've included pictures, with some flair, of a tree I cut down yesterday. I took an hour break in the middle when the chain was hot to the touch. Some things to remember with this. 1. Use the bar and chain oil and make sure there is always some in the reserve. It will go fast. 2. Tighten the chain often because it can get loose and you don't want to break it. 3. Take small breaks if it starts getting too hot. I don't know what too hot is but I, and others here, bunt them out but going too long. Follow those rules and you shouldn't have problems cutting down most small trees. April 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by So good and cost saving I bought this 14" electrical chainsaw because it costs more to rent a saw to cut two trees. It is my first time to use the chainsaw, so I have to lean how to set up including to buy and add lubracation as wall as a right extension cord. The small saw works perfect and so efficient to cut the trees, much more easier than I thought befor. See my picturs. Very good saw. March 27, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Better than a gas saw! I've had this almost a year now and I like it! I just cut down 2 trees in my yard, both about 6-8" in diameter and cut them into firewood size pieces in less than 30 minutes. I'd put it up against any 14" gas chainsaw! Roll out a cord, pull the trigger and I'm cutting without having to mix gas and oil or pull my arm out of the socket to get it started? There's no other way for me! March 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Better than expected I love this little chainsaw. I've had mine for 3 years and have used it for about 50 hours (combined) so far. I first bought it to cut down up to 4 inch branches and now I use it to cut down trees. I just cut down a tree 16 inches wide (I had to cut from both sides to get through the trunk) with it. This was after cutting down two other trees about 14 inches wide. It eats through everything I throw at it. I've read some of the reviews that state you can't use it for over an hour at a time. I know personally I can't hold it for more than 10 minutes, so I've never had a problem with that. When I use it, I run it for up to 5 minutes before resting. Then I usually clean up what I've cut before continuing on. Also, I read one review that it couldn't cut well after replacing the chain. I had this problem once, but found that I put the chain on backwards. When I put it on the correct way it worked fine. Overall, for the price and ease of use, this is a great chainsaw for working around your house. May 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by EXCELLENT PRODUCT Just added oil for chain, plugged it in and away I went. May 24, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good for value, powerful for heavy work, chain tightness needs constant check This chain saw is a good value for it's price. Did some heavy work with this saw, it was smooth. Only problem I had was with 'chain tightness'. I had to tight the screw several times. Due to vibrations the screw which fixes chain position gets loosened quickly. The chain assembly is pretty simple. The safety metal shield is a nice feature. May 17, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Electric power I have waited a long time making my mind up.... Harbor Freight electric chainsaw or Home Depot..... Well, reading thru the reviews on both, its become a no-brainer, HOME DEPOT... Name brand.... Electric saw. I love the size, the weight and its cutting power! Don't be fooled by HF prices, Home Depot has them beat hands down. Thanks Home Depot May 23, 2016
