My only complaint would be not having different sizes to choose from, but we made it work, and it looks very high end! We had the package shipped to the store, and unfortunately we didn't look them over completely, because 3 of the tiles were broken, but we actually had to cut some to make them work in our design, so we ended up with just one broken tile left over. You do have 30 days to report broken tile, but we figured with just one left unused, it wasn't worth it. Don't mind the carpet in the pictures, its being ripped out next. :)

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Kim612 So incredibly happy
Overall, we are incredibly happy. We used it for both our bathroom floor and counter top and back splash in our kitchen. We wanted something nonporous and sealed, for sanitizing reasons, as well as something we could put hot pans and baking sheets on without a pad or trivet. We used a silicone grout in the same color and will never use anything else. The overall affect is beautiful and was very easy to install as well as maintain. I gave the appearance 4 out of 5 because a couple of the tiles do have marks on the top from the bottom of the tile stacked on it. They don't appear to be going away even after getting washed multiple times a day for the last year. They are only apparent at certain times of the day when the sun comes in just right and you're standing at a certain angle, so it's not as big as it sounds, just didn't feel right giving it 5 stars and then commenting on a flaw.

We had them installed professionally in a basement hallway in herringbone pattern and it looks almost like slate. Seem to be good quality so far. Saved lots of money compared to similar tiles found in tile showrooms. Love the look and the price.
I have a feeling the dark color may show dust more easily than the lighter colors but time will tell.

After a visit to a few home improvement stores and tile places and not finding what I wanted, I decided to gamble and buy something that looked nice online, knowing it could look difference once I received it. The gamble paid off, this tile was exactly what I was looking for. It's has a slight appearance of stone, but still a very soft looking texture and color. It's very modern and versatile. I didn't install it and we've only had it a few weeks so I can comment on installation or wear and tear, but as of now I am very happy with how it looks and feels.

The product itself is pretty amazing for the very low price. Looks fantastic, has a great color (much lighter than the image online as I see it on my screen though) and it looks really beautiful installed. Product was shipped 4 to a box, each box about 40lbs. About 20% of the tiles I received were chipped. Delivery cost on the entire order of 480 lbs came out to $18. Can't beat that, I even if a lot of the tiles come in chipped.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Carol Smooth, totally flat and comfortable under foot.
We had these installed in the "Concrete" color on our new screen porch- 24 boxes in all. I could tell the pro installers were a little challenged, so I am glad we did not attempt it. There was not a single broken or chipped tile on delivery, so they are well packed and arrived quickly. The reviewer with the large kitchen was right: for a large room (300 square feet) they DO darken the room significantly. We chose the "quartz" sanded grout from HD (Custom building products) to brighten it up and highlight the running bond. These tiles have a sort of laser printed stone look pattern sort of adhered to the porcelain body of the tile- that seems to be the standard way to manufacture stone look tiles- in some brands, you can see the repetition of the fake stone prints: this tile, however, has such a small, speckled pattern, its not noticeable. You can see how the tile is printed on if you order a Bullnose piece ( # 203869376) as a sample, like I did before I ordered 300 square feet. I am not sure if that printed coating can be etched off- i.e. if you spill acid or some type of chemical on the floor. Or if you drop something on it.
There is absolutely no "lippage" of these planks like some fired porcelain tiles, so the install is completely flat where the end of the tile meets the middle of another tile. We saw these same tiles at a high end tile store for double the price (different brand name, "Dimensions", same color names, same sizes). Glad to get them at a discount.
