CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 3.8 out of 5 by 198 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cheap and fragile These are inexpensive spray nozzles, but you will wind up buying several because they break VERY easily. I've owned several different models since there is a Home Depot right near my house, the last one I bought a week ago just broke after falling off a picnic table and is now useless. The plastic handles snap right off with little provocation. They're like toys, except I've seen sturdier toys. April 18, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by smooth action, comfortable grip I've had a lot of spray nozzles over the years. They tend to get beat up a bit, dropped, left out in all sorts of weather. Only time will tell how this one compares on those fronts. However, what I can say now (after only having had it for about a week) is that it has a generous amount of settings (seven is about the most i've seen on one of these), and most of them work just the way I would expect. I say "most" because the "soaker" setting was pretty lame (more like "sloppy dribbler"), and i was hoping the "jet" was going to be a little stronger. That said, I've rarely used the soaker function on previous nozzles for anything other than filling a watering can (and a couple of other settings can do that as well), and if I really need something approaching a pressure washer kind of stream, I'll put a different head on the hose. Also, it's surprising how many of this kind of nozzle are designed without making them comfortable to grip and hold for extended lengths of time (like, say, watering the whole garden in one go; what a concept). This one doesn't seem to share that failing. It felt just fine in my hand. May 30, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Does not last long. I have owned 2 of these and both broke after 1 year. I left the first one outside always connected to the water hose even through the winter so when it started leaking even when not pressing the trigger I was not surprised. I therefore went out and bought another one and this time took it off the hose and kept it in the garage after every use. I probably used it 10 times throughout the year and now it is also leaking water through the nozzle even when not pulling the trigger. I dismantled it and the rubber seals seem fine but it still leaks. The internal spring was rusty and I tried stretching the spring to see if this would create a tighter seal but it did not work. I am surprised this product has a 4 star rating even when other people state that it does not last. January 27, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Leaked after one season... but has a good warranty! This was the best nozzle of the selection they had at my local Home Depot. Good grip, snappy spring, lots of spraying options. It worked really well the first two years but lately started leaking around the nozzle, some of the streams are unfocused, and the handle doesn't retract on its own (so it stays on unless you pull the handle to the off position. The nozzle comes with a 7 year warranty and I didn't think much of it for a $9 item; however, I went to the website, emailed them a picture of the original sales receipt (which I kept) and a link to a video to show them the issue. They just emailed me back and they're sending me a new one. Wow! A+ for customer service! August 17, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by just what I needed Before I bought this nozzle I bought one that looked like a fire nozzle but it was a piece of junk so I went back and bought this one and it works great. Strong spraying power on jet setting and wide and soft on shower setting for gentle plant watering. Liked it so much I went back and bought one for the back yard hose. June 16, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Leaks After 2 Years Leaks/won't shut off completely after 2 years. I do not recommend. March 10, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Water nozzle Purchased this as it appeared to be a well built item with many options as to the spray patterns. This is a very well built item and handles very well. Easy to use and performs great August 25, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by average A low pressure nozzle, good for spraying but not washing. August 25, 2015
