Answer:
It should be a standard "water hose gasket". Ask as sales associate for assistance.

Answer:
If the inlet you are talking about is located at the bottom of the sprayer the O ring can be found at The Home Depot in the Garden Dept or the Plumbing Dept.

We haven't searched at HD, but our local hardware store & feed store in our small country town carries this stuff and it's cheap.

I may not be of help, but I use automotive parts, the kits I have has near 100 difference O-rings and many parts stores have 0-rings in small packages.

The question doesn't have enough detail for me to answer, but if I had to find an O ring for something specific I'd order it online.

I hope you figured it out by now Warren. Buy a slightly larger one and cut it down to fit, or go back
to HD and return it, then buy a better nozzle.

Rear-Trigger 7-Pattern Nozzle is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 320.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from A reasonable multi-use nozzle. I purchased 2 of these. One of them makes a whining sound on the shower setting, and I intend to exchange it for another. Other than that, this is an easy to use nozzle, pretty good options. The full setting didn't seem that strong, I'm wondering if the flow was restricted. For general gardening though it was great. The lock is a little hard to make use of, as it is somewhat interior between the top of the trigger and the corner of the nozzle. It works fine at first, and I haven't had it long enough for it to start to rust or wear, but I suspect it will eventually be very difficult to use the lock. Fortunately, I don't usually use the lock.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk, Total Junk!!! Had this attached to my hose for less than one season. Time to put down some revive since it has been so very hot and dry, meaning time to take off the nozzle. First by hand, then pliers, then 2 pliers, finally a hammer. This so called nozzle had literally welded itself to the hose fitting. Once I broke it with the hammer I found the inside had some kind of residue equivalent to concrete. Schwarzenegger himself could not have taken this from the hose connection without help, or ruining the hose. Removed the nozzle from the second hose in the back...and yes it had started to do the same thing as well. Done! Menlor...never ever ever again. So not only is the nozzle junk, the hose is ruined. Thanks a bunch, ever hear of things called engineering and testing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leaks Nozzle seems well constructed. My complaint is that after one season of use, it doesn't fully shut off. Everything else works fine on this nozzle. But when I let go of the trigger, there's still a substantial amount of water leaking out. I've dismantled it and lubed it's gaskets, but it seems like the spring isn't strong enough to fully close the sprayer. I might experiment with adding a rubber washer to the chamber if I can find/fashion one that'll fit. Other than that it's a fantastic sprayer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sprays water well Wife bought this. She waters her flowers and tomato plants all the time. Did I say ALL THE TIME? She almost has a "thing" with water nozzles as she buys them all the time. This one is just the latest but it appears to work well for her in her mission to water everything but the lawn. She is happy with it so it probably is good. She has bought enough of them to know a good one when she sees it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pretty good This thing works ok for awhile. I got about 1.5 years of approx. twice a week usage, (some weeks were much more, some weeks not at all). The patterns and flow control work well. The writing that identifies the pattern started to come off within 6 months. The metal eventually corroded itself and stuck itself onto my hose end. Overall it was a little on the expensive side.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Interior rust The interior spring rusts causing rust particles to plug the small holes on the various spraying options. There is no way to remove these rust particles. It works real well when new, but as soon as the spring begins to rust (1 season) you will question why you spent so much for what you thought was a quality product. I will not buy another.

If buying this for light use it would be okay. However, if you give it heavy duty use be prepared for some of the sprays to get out of whack and/or the whole thing starts leaking. In short it is not very durable and long lasting. That is based on having owned two of them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a wonderful sprayer made by Melnor This sprayer has a good pin-point spray for knocking down hornet's nests but then I can turn the knob and do a good gentle spray for watering flowers. This is a well made sprayer that is sturdy. Overall a very good sprayer and purchase.
