3/16 in. - 7/8 in. x 1/16 in. #4 Step Drill Bit is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 26.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Shouldn't have USA on it Just bought thing because harbor frieght's bits weren't lasting very long. By the second hole.. 3/8-1/2 the bit is shot. Won't even produce a chip. Honestly harbor frieght's lasted 6x as long. Very sad Milwaukee.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far, so good I have only used this to drill a couple of holes into 1/4" thick steel and it has worked very well. I can't give it 5 stars as I haven't owned it long enough. Hopefully this will hold up as it was pricey.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great step drill bit! Does exactly what I need it to do, and hasn't gotten dull yet after drilling several weatherproof boxes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from step up to a step bit $$ but worth it. Bit doesn't dive in and hit things you didn't intend to drill holes in.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good for one hole in mild steel Needed to enlarge some holes in mild steel plate from 1/2" to 5/8". Bit was dull and would not cut anything after one hole. Complete waste of money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ingenious For the price and what this bit does, it is well worth it. I think you would be limited to how thick a metal you could drill through, except for the largest size, because of the way its tooth design is, but you can go though 1/8 plate by drilling half through one side and the other half from the other side, so all in all, it saves time and money..........SHALOM.
