We had a car drive into our lampost - 25 feet high - had to cut in half to move it - this saw amazed everyone around, Police, electricians, and tow truck driver were blown away when we brought out the bag it is in.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Jennifer The Milwaukee cut up our old jacuzzi!
My husband uses this for everything. So light but powerful to cut through metal, wood, and plastic.
I love to use it too (when I can get it from him)!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by dw756 Excellent Reciprocal Saw
The 24 volt reciprocal hack saw is a great investment. We needed to saw some smaller limbs on our trees and some larger shrubs where a hedge trimmer obviously could not work. This saw is powerful and easy to use. It's size and weight made it practical and effective to get to harder to cut limbs and it made good clean cuts. I highly recommend this saw for its quality and the Milwaukee name which stands behind it.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Gus50310 Great for pruning
Got it to try and help speed up and make pruning apple trees an easier job. After a couple days of use would say glad I sprang for it. Went mostly on reviews I was able to find. Only wonder how much better is it actually then just buying some thing cheaper like the Black & Decker versions.

I have had my Hackzall for 3 1/2 years now. It has done everything I have asked of it and more. I am a hands-on general contractor (professional). I like the weight to power ratio -- light but not wimpy. I just finished a demolition job where this thing cut through double 2x4's, deck screws, sheet metal, and conduit. The trigger is getting a little unreliable -- have to squeeze it 2-3 times to get it started after a cool down. But I can't complain. I have loaned it to subs (the worst thing you can to do to a tool). This one tool started me replacing my good old Dewalts with Milwaukee tools.

Great saw. Buy it. You'll love it. And you'll you'll go around your place just looking for things that need to be cut. All Milwaukee tools are excellent products. I have switched over from another well known brand and couldn't be happier with the tools

Easy to handle. I have arthritis in all my finger. This saw makes it a lot easier for me to grip and control .

I can't believe this saw doesn't have more reviews on here, but if you look at some of the other big name sites you will find plenty of great positive reviews. First off let me say that I wish I would have bought this saw 5 or 6 years ago when it first came out, maybe I saved some coin by waiting, but wish I would have bought this one before the circular. It's as powerful as my corded yellow 13 amp one, but much easier to handle. I caught a deal with this kit where it included an additional 4.0 xc battery at no cost so this was a no brainer. I'm doing a fence job on my acre yard right now and am having to pull out the old 4x4 twisted and broke posts, plus taking down all the old 2x's and pickets and replacing with a new fence. Even with an old cheap HF 9" wood blade this thing runs through 4x4 treated pine like butter. I'm cutting through the old 2x4's and pulling off 8' sections then cutting off the concrete section of the old posts....much easier with this than trying to run 100-200' of cord and wresting with a 2 handed shakey full size recip. saw, not to mention I'm doing this all by myself. Very little vibration with this saw and you really can use it with one hand. I will be recommending this to every one I know who is a handy man or a pro. Also the ol' lady loves it for limb cutting, much easier than trying to pull out the pole saw, or filling up the chainsaw and getting all messy to cut a limb or 2. With that 9" wood blade it will easily cut limbs or trees down up to 5-6".
