Answer:
I fertilize in the morning to take advantage of the cooler temperatures and reduced winds, and more receptive absorption of the plant when it is not stressed by mid-day heat. I use a Miracle-Grow Feeder and spread the nutrient spray evenly across all the leaves so that the fertilizer drips and runs down to the root zone, ensuring that there will not be much evaporation or wind loss.

I think it is always better to feed or spray in the early morning or late evening, especially when it is so hot in many places during the day. Hope this helps!

Answer:
If you're using the product on plants that are in the ground or potted outdoor plants, to get the greatest benefit from the product, it's always better to fertilize/water early in the day, before the heat of the day sets in. If you're using the product on indoor plants you can use it anytime.

To be safe, I would let the plant grow and establish itself good before fertilizing... Wait for new growth to appear... ... and when doing so, don't overdo it... Maybe even mix it Half Strength.

If you use a Water-Soluble Plant Food on some Plants/Shrubs it may, in fact, cause them to suffer from an overdose--which can lead to the death of the Plant/Shrub.
This is true because many of the Plants or Shrubs that you purchase that come in 1-3 Gallon size containers already have Potting Soil that has been fortified with a Fertilizer. Usually the Hang Tag (which unfortunately is not always on the Plant/Shrub) or label will tell you that fact. If a Fertilizer-fortified Potting Mix has been used, it will usually be absorbed by the Plant/Shrub, or oxidized over a 3-month period, so to BE SAFE, I would NOT use any Fertilizer until 3 months have passed IF you keep the Plant/Shrub in the same CONTAINER that it was sold in.
If you repot the Plant/Shrub, you can either use a Fertilizer-fortified Potting Mix for the additional fill or just plain Potting Soil--in either case I would just water for the first 3 months, and THEN you can use either a granulated, slow-release Fertilizer or a liquid Fertilizer per the package directions. I see no reason why you can't. Maybe dilute the solution and see how well it is tolerated. I know bamboo is a pretty hardy plant and it should take well to it. I wouldn't recommend using it every day though.

Answer:
I don't see why you can't. I would use the premixed formula that requires you to just attach the hose. Although I don't this this is the most economical way to feed your lawn. There are products out that are specifically designed for lawns.

While it will not harm lawns, when used as directed, this product is not an optimal formulation for fertilizing lawns. We suggest using Miracle-Gro Water Soluble Lawn Food, if you wish to fertilize a lawn with a water soluble fertilizer.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Miracle Grow Is Absolutely The Best I've been using Miracle Grow for years. Both the All Purpose and the type for Acid Loving Plants. We've had a lot of rain this year. That rain coupled with Miracle Grow has made our trees and plants grow like crazy. We have quite a number of Rose Plants. Both Hybrid and Knockouts. Thank you to Miracle Grow! June 14, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by my yard I have used for years and never been disappointed... June 14, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A problem with not dissolving. I've always used miracle grow and had good results. Yesterday I refilled the sprayer and the miracle grow would not dissolve. I finally took the top off the sprayer and kept stirring and it just fell to the bottom of the jar. I've let it sit overnight and it is still the same. I'm going to buy more and see if it still like this. Hoping it was just a quirk. I did clean the bottom and just used water and it does spray good. I put some in water this morning and was the same. So I guess i have to buy more and hope it was a one time event. Hate throwing the other away, but it is useless. Normally I love it. I have 5 gardens and really don't want to have to use a watering can. June 18, 2016
