I chose this product based on the positive reviews. I special ordered this size because I was only sealing a large shower floor (tumbled river stone) and not my whole house. The instructions were clear and it went down quickly and easily. For extra porous surfaces it recommended 2 coats (and since there is more exposed grout with river rock I did just that). I may possible even do a third coat (since I have plenty left over). Works great!!

Easy to apply. Just paint it on with foam brush and clean up tile before it drys. The smaller pint size was not available at store, only the larger quart size. Took too long for the pint size to arrive so purchased the quart size one. Now have a pint left in quart container.

Was happy to try this product based on the reviews and was not let down. I used it to seal my cermic tile and grout kitchen counter. The product is very easy to apply and goes a long way. Water and stains bead or roll off and I fell like my hard work is protected.

Everything seems great. Hard to give a good review after just two months the part being applied.

The 16 oz 511 Impregnator is easy to apply and very effective for repelling water on inlaid tile table top.
