Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Didn't expect to find this here I was looking for some flower pots online and ended up coming across this Motorola baby monitor. Our old baby monitor stopped working so we had been looking around for a new one. We figured we'd buy here since we already racked up a pretty nice bill! We are happy with the quality of this monitor and saw it had some really good reviews on Even though it's more expensive than what we wanted to spend we would recommend it for keeping tabs on your kids! Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DO NOT BUY!! DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY OTHER MOTOROLA PRODUCT! We registered for this monitor and were pleased with it for the first 6 days at which time the power cord for the parent stopped charging the unit. I called customer service and was told that the power cords were out of stock and that I could purchase another cord on Amazon at my own expense. They stated they would send me a cord as soon as they were in stock. Two months have passed and still no power cord. I asked if I could send them the entire unit for a replacement and was told no. I asked if they could reimburse me for the power cord and was told no. I asked if I could be sent a voucher to buy a new unit and return the defective until to them and was told no. I think it's unacceptable to pay $250 for a baby monitor that doesn't work after less then one week of use and not be offered a replacement. I will never buy a Motorola product again. I have never written a review of any product before but was so disappointed with the way this played out. November 13, 2014
