I don't know. It does a good job keeping dust out. I use it to wrap my artificial Christmas Tree.

Answer:
The wrap if applied in a couple of layers will seal reasonably well. The problem a damp basement poses is the high humidity and this can get into any small crevise which may exist so the film will not provide a perfect seal.

Answer:
Not sure what you mean by "bed wrap" but I use it to wrap my artificial Christmas tree and it keeps the dust off the branches and saves on wear and tear on assembly. If you are storing a mattress, it should be fine but if you are going to sleep on it, I wouldn't recommend it.

Answer:
It should be safe on wood surfaces as long as you don't leave in direct sunlight since it's biodegradable in UV sunlight and who knows it might stain the wood but if it's real wood you can sand it down and restain no problem.

No, I do not recommend stretch film to protect your air conditioner in the winter. A specific air conditioner cover would be better.

Answer:
Hello,
This shrink warp is not designed to withstand the weather out doors and would not last very long at all.
I would reccommend an outdoor central a/c cover. These are availble on Home Depot.com

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Super plastic wrap! This wrap worked great for our move. We wrapped dressers, mirrors, boxes and it worked very well. Worth the price. September 7, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Packing Material The packing material that Home Depot sells is of excellent quality. September 6, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This stuff is money We moved 400 miles in a 26 foot rental truck packed to the roof. This shrink wrap was a life saver. It made furniture protection a breeze. We wrapped dressers, headboards, tables, chairs, and wicker furniture with moving blankets and then shrink wrapped them with this stretch film. It was a two person job, but it worked great. It clings to itself pretty well and didn't require additional taping. We even shrink wrapped bikes to cardboard!! This stuff is a must have for major moves. And 1,000 feet goes a long way, but we still bought two rolls - since it is relatively cheap for the benefits it provides. July 27, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works well for our use. What do you say about plastic? Has nice handles allowing it to rotate as you use it. It's clear and relatively strong. Nice if it cost a little less. August 30, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Difficult to use Application of this product is challenging resulting in a lot of waste. It's a two person process and doesn't work well on objects like mattresses. August 30, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Will not buy again This wrap really takes two people to handle, it seemed I wasted more than not August 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good product, excellent value Good product at a very reasonable price! I use it all the time! August 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stretch film Didn't actually use this product because the furniture item I was going to use it on was already wrapped with the same item by our moving company. From what I saw, it is the perfect film to use if you do not want an item to come apart or drawers on your furniture to come open. August 4, 2016
