Answer:
It should be safe on wood surfaces as long as you don't leave in direct sunlight since it's biodegradable in UV sunlight and who knows it might stain the wood but if it's real wood you can sand it down and restain no problem.

We have had no issues with it damaging any surfaces, I would not leave it on too long as moisture might be a problem over time.

Answer:
Gauge is not an appropriate measure for plastic films. Rather, plastic film thickness is usually measured in inches or millimeters. The thickness of this material is 0.001 inches or one mil.
I verified this by measuring the film is several places both with one thickness and two to ensure I was getting a reasonable sample.

Answer:
Assuming that you are wrapping a 34"in high and 33" deep couch that is 8 feet long and overlapping the material to achieve two layer thickness, you will use about 110 feet of the 1000 foot roll not including covering the ends of the large couch which will probably take an additional 30-50 feet. Thus a roll should easily cover the two pieces of furniture. The next question that should be asked is what you Read More

Answer:
Without knowing the exact size or dimensions of your couch and love seat, as well as how many layers you would like to wrap them in, we cannot definitively say whether the 20 in. x 1000 ft. Stretch Film will be sufficient to wrap those items.

Answer:
The 20"x1000' Stretch Film is not designed to winterize your windows. It is used to be wrapped around and around and adheres to itself.

Possibly - if the windows aren't metal. Not much sticks to the metal. I use it to wrap my artificial Christmas Tree. Saves on wear & tear on the assembly of the branches.

Answer:
I do not think this would be a good application. The problem is that this is relatively thin and will not adhere to the frame for any extended period. I suggest using one of the non stretch products and tape or better, one of the insulation products like that are designed to seal the window.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not Worth the Money The problem is with me. I bought this product instead of its more expensive counterpart. I saved $8.00. The film is expensive which is why I cheaped out. I wanted to rewrap our Chridtmas tree sections so they would fit in their original box. Honestly, I can't think of any application where this product would work. It's too flimsy for anything. It tears as you are unrolling it. Picture the worst cling wrap you ever used to wrap a sandwich. July 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent for Rapping big furniture!! I am really please with how easy and light weight this is to manage and control while rapping any items you wish to protect. It is so easy even my wife can do it ;) July 19, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good film. Good price. Not fond of the recessed handles. This is a good quality wrapping film. Not the most durable I've seen, but not the weakest either. The recessed handles are little awkward when you get low to the ground. I prefer the rolling-pin style, but these work okay. July 21, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by wrap the wrap did not come off easily and in a full piece. next time, I will buy the wrap that comes from the paint dept. July 12, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ease of use The wrap gets wasted due to as symmetric application. Good quality though. July 12, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Shrink Wrap Only use occasionally ladies at checkout were very helpful and proffesional July 5, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by too thin This stuff is very thin and you can easily poke a finger through it. It's OK for holding drawers closed but that's about it unless you use several layers. July 1, 2016
