Answer:
The maximum holding capacity of the QS50 quick support is 110 lbs., we do not recommend the use of this product for
cabinet installation as more than likely there will be both working height and weight capacity issues.

Answer:
Due to the fact that the quick support is a telescoping tube ( 3 sections ) the tube diameter varies by section.;
Bottom section = 1.25"
Middle section = 1.10"
Top Section = 0.95"
The quick support is designed to support a straight up and down ( vertical ) load.
I would not recommend adding a hanging lateral load onto this unit.

I'm not planning on lifting with quick support just adjusting the height of it to drywall to hold it where I need it. I read the question before mine so I know it's not made for lifting but if I bring it to the drywall I can do it by squeezing the lever correct? I want to know if I can adjust it with one hand please that's all

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A very good buy I remove my whole house fan and cut out a piece of drywall that was a good fit and I could not hold the drywall up to the ceiling and screw it with one hand. I got two of these jack and they are lightweight but strong and work very well. I did try other things like using a 2 x 4 but the drywall would either be too tight and I could not slide it into place or it would fall. April 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Saved my home and life! There was a storm and my mobile home roof caved in. These held it up until I could find a roofer. April 28, 2015
