Very heavy to carry. The box was already picked up by trash collector, so I can't double check the packaging.i love it but I'd love it more if it could roll!

Yes, there were casters. Check inside the vac, as mine were stored inside....which means you didn't throw them away. I'd ask Home Depot to replac the wheels.

Yes, it does come with wheels, technically I think they are called 'casters'. I'm pretty certain they are the standard push in casters that come with small desks and most anything you buy now with wheels so if you've accidentally thrown them out they should be easy to replace. There is like a ring sort of thing around the top of the orange part I think. It has fitted spots for each of the nozzles and tubes. The only thing that doesn't really have a good holding spot is the long hose itself.

There is a holder on the top section that has a place for each attachment including the tubes. Technically there is no spot for the hose but that can be attached to tubes and wrapped around the top or alternatively the hose could be stored in the canister.

hey are stored around the vacuum on a tool holder. There is a ring that is around the vacuum, and there are places for the tools to slide in. Its not the most secure of holders but it does hold them there

Our new cat loves to spend time out on our terrace but he is getting filthy from all the dust out there. We need a unit powerful enough to clean the terrace at least weekly and still last for years.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Vacuum, Rigid has TERRIBLE customer service I love this vacuum. I have it connected in line with my dust deputy. Plenty of suction and it works great. I had some questions and wanted to register the thing. RIGID was absolutely no help at all. I hope the thing lasts. If you need help with the thing rest assured you are on your own. Customer assistance/help is terrible. August 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by It will suck up everything. Water, dirt, dust, you name it and it will suck it up great power and not very noisy and it comes with most of the tools you would ever need October 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Vac I love this vac! Totally awesome. It is very quiet compared to other vac's that I have used. Only thing I wish it had was an extension with a brush on the tip. October 18, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Goodbye Shop Vac. Hello Ridgid!!! Long time shop vac brand user here big after ready reviews and comparing at the big box stores I decided to give Ridgid a shot. Glad I did. This vac is quieter, stronger and emits less dust than my last Shop Vac. First job I tasked it with was cleaning up sheet rock mud/tape dust. I was blown away. It emitted so little dust I could of gotten away with not wearing a mask. Needless to say I'm impressed with this vac. The fit and finish and just overall build quality seems a step above the Shop Vac brand as well. I won't be going back. September 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I was looking for a product a bit quieter than the vac I had that went out. This does a tremendous job with the sucking power and is definitely quieter than my previous product. October 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Wet Vacuum Got water in my basement after a pretty significant rain. Ran down and bought this vacuum to pick up as much water as I could. It was amazing how well it picked up nearly leaving the floor dry. Used it on the carpet and pad as well. It performed beyond my expectations. October 4, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by It Really Sucks........ UP Everything Decided to expand & combine 2bdrms into a Suite. Started tearing out drywall & realized it was too much on cleanup. Had son look up shop vacs came across Ridig 14gal for $79 bucs. Not happy had 2spend $16 on bags but 2came n pack, saved more with military discount. Got it hme husband put 2getha - placed bag inside hooked up hose. This dang thing sucked up everything. Nails, drywall, baseboard trim & even a pair of no show socks.... very happy. I shudda had this years ago. I'm n Love with this SUCKER! September 17, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Beware From MtnHome $73 cost to return Mod WD16360 16 gal (head assembly) used twice. It refuses to pick up water with the paper or foam filter If Ridgid replaces the head they will give me a free cartridge to cover MY shipping cost. If they decide it is not their fault I am out another $73. A lot easier to go back to Shop Vac that I had for over 25 years October 18, 2016
