Customer Questions & Answers

Does it come with wheels?

Very heavy to carry. The box was already picked up by trash collector, so I can't double check the packaging.i love it but I'd love it more if it could roll!
Asked by: Momma
The wheels and booklet were inside the container in mine from Home Depot, with no note on the box or anywhere; I found them after I filled it up with water and went to empty it.

Can this vacuum clean the cement floor of a medium-sized terrace?

Our new cat loves to spend time out on our terrace but he is getting filthy from all the dust out there. We need a unit powerful enough to clean the terrace at least weekly and still last for years.

Is this supposed to come with some kind of diffuser at the outlet?

This vacuum made a mess of things when I tried to vacuum some ash. The exhaust blows out air at over 150+MPH, yet there is nothing to dampen the exhaust causing everything in my house to go flying everywhere (including ash). It ended up being more of a clean-up job than I had thought.
Asked by: Anonymous
There is a separate exhaust attachment that can be purchased to use with the shop vacs. It's supposed to reduce the wind noise some. I have one on my vac. I can't say that it makes a big difference in noise level, since the motor running makes the most noice, not the air discharge... -BC
