tank is small - I'd guess after using it a afternoon - about 1/3rd of a gallon. maybe 1/2 at best. I wish it was larger. Same problem with my previous unit (Troy Built 3000 psi / honda).
Other than that - I really enjoy using this unit. (so far) 2nd day using it later today.

Make sure you let the pressure off of the pump by pressing the trigger on the gun. Once the system back pressures, it becomes difficult to pull the cord. Its kind of like placing a car in neutral prior to starting.

Try depressing the trigger on the spray wand before you pull the cord. The pressure from the water in the pump will make starting the engine harder. Mine pulls about the same as my mower after I release this pressure.

I had the same problem. I found out the pump was "pressure-bound". This was not a normal occurance. The remedy was to hold the wand trigger while pulling the starting cable handle releasing the pressure and starting the engine. As mentioned earlier this is a rare occurance. It has only happened to me a few times over two years.

It has a rotating head with required tips. From 0 to 25 deg. would be best for max power and cleaning. a 40deg spread if it's not that dirty. I've cleaned my driveway today in 1/4 of the time it took with my previous 3000 psi troy built unit. Well I'm also using the 15" round spinning head accessory (69.00) and WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY.

Hello Matt,
Thank you for your question. In order for you to remove paint from concrete, you will need to use a paint stripper.
Behr has one that will work well for you, here is a link: http://www.homedepot.com/p/BEHR-1-gal-Concrete-and-Masonry-Paint-Stripper-99201/202263941
Here are the instructions to remove paint from concrete from the Behr website:
Application
-Use product when air and surface temperatures are between 50-90°F (10-32°C).
-Wear protective clothing, goggles and acid resistant rubber gloves and boots. Use a NIOSH approved air purifying respirator with an organic vapor cartridge.
-Apply a thick layer of stripper onto the surface using a paintbrush or a stiff bristle broom to spread evenly. *Note: Do not use a pressure washer to apply this product. Only products specifically for pressure washers are recommended.
-Completely cover original coated surface.
Spread rate is approximately 60-75 sq. ft. (6-7 m2) per gallon.
-Penetration varies according to coating type, thickness and temperature. COATING WILL WRINKLE WHEN THE JOB IS DONE. Most coatings will take between 1 – 6 hours to lift.
-Check periodically during the waiting period, to ensure that the coating is completely covered with the stripper. If the coated surface becomes visible again, re-apply a light coating.
-The stripper should remain wet and active until the coating wrinkles. If hot or windy conditions cause drying, re-apply a light coating.
-Use a scraper, squeegee or pressure washer to remove all coating and residue.
-The stripper is formulated to remove several layers of coating in one application. Some areas however, may require an additional application to remove all layers.
-The stripped surface must be rinsed with water thoroughly to remove all chemical residues before recoating.
-Allow surface to dry completely before recoating.
Have a great day,
Christine

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very good pressure washer, This pressure washer provides plenty of power and water flow for my purposes. I use it primarily for my home and occasionally a relatives home use. It has plenty of power and water flow. The idle down feature is a useful benefit, allowing the machine to go to an idle when you release the wash lever. In this mode, you can talk to someone easily. I can't speak yet to the durability as Ive only had it about a month. However I operated it for more than 16 hours in the first two days after purchase and it operated flawlessly always easy to start and operate. The built-in hose and wand storage is a particularly nice feature. July 12, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Ever Bought this from Home Depot. Brought it home and it worked fine the 1st time. Second use, about 2 weeks later, it was hard to start and and surged occasionally. 3 weeks later, I used it for the 3rd time. couldn't even get it to start. Even put Ethanol free gas in it from the start. Returned it and got another. The second unit started up fine, but throughout the entire 20 minutes I used it. I also used the soap nozzle, and it would not return to idle after releasing the trigger. The idle down feature is worthless. Maybe the units without this feature are fine, but not this one. You have been warned! June 21, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Did a great job of cleaning concrete My only concern since writing my previous glowing article is that do not sit it on grass, after completing the job I was doing, three days later the home owner complained about there being six perfectly round rings of dead grass about 18 inches diameter. I called Ryobi on it and the only thing they tried to tell me was that I had left it too long without releasing the trigger that the water in the pump had reached a temperature where it is expelled from the pump. A good explanation but the only time the trigger was not spraying water was when I was moving the machine. Not a great help. This is the first Ryobi pressure washer I have bought, usually I buy them from Northern, guess I will be going back to Northern. June 27, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Like the idle down feature, very powerful, nice muti-spray nozzle! I bought this for our school to clean the gum off the sidewalks and to clean equipment and the exterior of the building. We had a 2800 psi Husky with a 160 cc Honda motor, but the pistol grip leaked and the choke had to be on all the time for it to run--plus, it didn't idle down. This has a muti-spray nozzle, 0, 15, 40, and soap function. For the money, I think it's the best one I could find when I reviewed other products. It was easy to set up, startup, and for the brief month we have owned it, works very well. July 12, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Great pressure first 40 days On the 5th time of usage, looses pressure after 30 minutes and starts spitting oil out of the air filter. HD only warranties for 30 days, afterward to the manufacturer, this was 40 days old. Manufacture recommends taking to local repair shops. 1st shop changed cam pulley, no pressure afterwards like using an electric washer. Home Depot rental said it needed a carb clean non warranty 70, but I said it starts fine, just no pressure; took to 3rd repairr shop recommended by Honda. They said same thing and that this engine gcv190 is made by honda for other companies, substandard. Thought they knew and paid $77 for tune up. Now no oil leaks, but pressure not the same as original and after 30 minutes of use, it starts to smoke. Serviced Independant Electric, Home Depot, Blue Lawn & Garden. PS, at the shops there were several of these brand new with same problem, but nobody wants to open the motor. Good paper weight now. July 1, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Would not start After many hours of research, I selected this washer because I liked the idle down feature. Very disappointed in getting to the end of the setup and the unit would not start. Poor quality control by RYOBI. July 18, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hard to start after several uses Hard to start after several uses then when it does start the pressure was up and down. As soon as you release the trigger, it cuts off. The first couple of months it worked good, but what good is that now? I bought it because it had a Honda motor. Apparently Honda is not what it used to be. July 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Product - highly recommend. Very light weight and very powerful. Easy to start, easy to use. There were 2 bolts missing for assembly of the wand and hose bracket, but other than that, wonderful. The cool thing is that the nozzle for spraying has several spray choices in one unit. Just twist and switch the spray. No more losing the individual nozzles. June 28, 2016
