Quick easy set up. Started on the 2nd pull. Overall a great piece of equipment. Some of the features that pushed me to this model that I really love are:
1) Slow idle when not pumping water. Saves fuel and my ears. Idles very quietly.
2) Quick change nozzle . Changes pattern spread and soap application in an instant without having to keep track of different tips.
3) On board soap tank eliminates carrying a bucket and diluting solutions.
4) Very flexible pressure hose resists kinking.
The only thing it loses points for is that the fuel tank could be better located for easier filling. The frame gets in the way when using a large gas can but a funnel would take care of that problem.

Brand new 'Ryobi 3100 psi Power Washer with Honda motor' used for 15 minutes, popped a couple of times then quit running. Sent off to be repaired, six weeks later It is supposed to be headed back to the Spring Hill, FL store for me to pick up. When I asked what the problem was the answer was it had a seized valve. That's where I'm a bit nervous, not only does, this time, count as 'Warranty Time,' but the service person told me and I quote " oh yeah that's common." I wonder where is that common? Maybe I have been blessed all of my 51 years racing, repairing, etc. small motors; but I haven't had the first seized valve problem in a new motor ever. SCARY!!!

A lot of people are moaning and groaning that this product doesn't work. Most of the problems are going to happen from bleeding the air out of the lines and using fresh fuel. Read the manual and after each use make sure to get the water out of the pump, hose, and gun. Add some after use pump conditioner and this thing will never give you a problem.. This is NOT a lawnmower... It takes a little more care. Mine starts on the first pull every time hot or cold. Great product.. Just buy one!!

I recently added this little guy to my inventory. Right from the box I followed the directions for its' christening startup. She fired up easily and continues to run top notch. The psi is just the right amount that you are not destroying wood, siding and windows but effectively blasting away the nasty dirt, grime, grease, moss and even rooted weeds in between planks and pavers. The gas tank is a bit shallow, but even at that she runs for approx. 45 mins without hick-ups. Re-starting has been one pull and effortlessly. This pressure washer is also light compared to most I have worked with in the past, making it easy to operate solo and even faster when a partner is able to lend a hand. I do recommend buying the extra quick connects and couplers so you can use the Simpson heavy duty 3/8th hose. I did this and have not thought twice about upgrading this way. So far I completed a top and bottom wood deck with staircase, and a 9700 sq foot parking deck with this pressure washer. On both jobs, this light wieght hard hitting pressure washer performed better than I anticipated. Highly recommend.

The Honda engine is great. Starts on first pull. Like that the handle has a fold down option to make storage a little easier---great idea! The only recommendation I could suggest is that there should be a small diagram/instruction reference zip tied to the unit that explains attaching the hose/wand mounts---that shouldn't be something you have to look in the manual for.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ryan Works Great. Easy to start.
I purchased this to pressure wash my deck. I think it started on the first pull and continues to start on the first pull. Gotta love a Honda engine. The 5 in 1 nozzle is awesome and easy to use. The idle down worked great and I can't imagine having a pressure washer without that function. This was a great purchase!!

Worked great when we first got it and I really liked that it had a Honda engine and you could put soap in the reservoir without needing a bucket and injector hose. I used it to clean the house and deck and it did a nice job cleaning. Upon restarting it though, the pull cord ripped right through the plastic shroud and would get stuck. The next time it started up when choked without much effort but as soon as you moved the choke to run it would shut off. I got quite the workout having to continuously restart it and the cord getting stuck in the shroud was extremely frustrating. I was constantly playing with the choke trying to find the "sweet spot" to keep it running and could never move it completely to run.

The pressure washer was easy to assemble. Great pressure out of the nozzle that really cleaned up the outside of our entire house. Well worth the price.
