Picked this bench Grinder up a cpl years ago and mounted it to my work bench. Haven't had many occasions to use it yet, but whenever I need it, it does the job. Love the lights, adjustable guards and magnifying lense on the one side. Useful tool when it's needed

I bought this grinder to replace my 40 year old Miller Falls that the motor finally failed in. I have used it for about a week now and it works like a charm. There is little to no vibration, the magnifier makes it easy to see what your doing and the motor is quiet. Not to much more I would want in a bench grinder. Thus far I am impressed.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Theavid1 This is an excellent grinder for every tool in the shop. I've used it for house knives, chisels, plane blades and many other uses. It's fast and its silent. Unbeatable value for the money. Highly recommend

I'm not sure what the rated horse power is on this but it seems to grind my Gator mower blades down great for my Dixie Chopper. I have a lawn service in Florida and use it heavily weekly on 3 blades and so far it hasn't failed me in the last 3 months. I even built a jig for my mower blade angles with a 2x4 in front of the grinder bolted to the table to get the correct angles every time.
It sure beats spending $300+ on a mower blade sharpening grinder. I only noticed extra vibration if I bolted it down to the table too tightly because then it nullifies the rubber under it if you bolt them tight. I just bolted it enough to touch not squish the rubber. Also it would be a good idea to use a rubber washer on the bolt at the top. Just don't bolt it tight to the table and squish the rubber. Then that would take away the rubbers ability to take up vibration.
