Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cheap Received unserviceable. Says it has Food Grade ABS Meat Tenderizing Roller Blades. Problem being one was cracked the full length of the roller and all the way through. Cheaply made plastic gears giving way to the question of it's reliability. September 28, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Doesn't work for chicken... I'm marking yes to would I recommend this product because I think it will work for extremely thin pieces of beef or another red meat but it didn't work for what I wanted to use it on. I bought it to do chicken breast filets so I could make dishes that require very flat thin pieces of chicken, like chicken parmesan, chicken marsala, etc. It destroys the chicken because by the time it's thin enough to go through the machine, the machine tears it apart in the process. I think this would possibly be a much better design if the rollers were slightly wider apart, even better if they were adjustable. I haven't tried it on another type of meat yet as I'm not sure what I would make with the cuts. As far as quality is concerned, I think the machine is well built, just not functional for my use. It's also not dishwasher cleanable as the parts are primarily aluminum and will pit from the soap. June 30, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Kitchen Accessory I got this unit so that I could tenderize some meat that I had processed myself. I've used other meat tenderizers, in the past, and I've never been very impressed. This unit works exactly as it is described and I had no issues using it. I wouldn't recommend it for industrial kitchen use, but for the average person that has a little meat here and there that they want tenderized, it's perfect. June 19, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by save your money I bought one for a friend Oct.2011.It was a great machine. Then I bought one for myself."junk" They changed the gears from metal to plastic or nylon. They don't line up properly and one gear mashed the tooth of the other gear.I contacted the manufacture and got "I'm sorry the lines are full.Leave message and we'll contact you." No call product was returned. January 31, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This product is great for occasional home use. This is a heavy unit and seems well constructed. The only issue I had was when my cut thickness was more than the recommended 1/2" it tended to tear the meat vs. cubing it. No big deal. Cleaning wasn't terribly difficult, but you have to pay close attention to the areas at the ends of the rollers because some meat particles tend to cling in the tight spaces. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the overall construction and function of the unit. I would definitely recommend this to others. February 19, 2014
