HOW TO ATTACH BLADE?

HOW TO ATTACH BLADE?
Asked by: AJM
There is a nut and bolt closer to the tip of the saw. Use a screwdriver to tighten or loosen the nut and bolt, thereby pinching the blade in place securely.

I wish the crown has more depth to make it easier to cut thicker material. I was using this tool to saw off a section of sprinkler pvc pipe but since the crown is too shallow for the entire diameter of the pipe, I had to use the tip of the saw which was too flexible for the job.

Installing a 4 foot pantry kit in a 3'7" closet means your cutting thru metal. Since i don't have the heavy machinery in my little apartment, had to go back to the basics. Its obviously going to take some elbow grease, but it'll get the job done. Neatly if your patient. Fits nicely in my hand so very comfortable to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dependable Stanley Mini Hacksaw. Blade remained sharp during continued use and did not buckle under pressure. Other product name blades bend after certain time usage. Stanley's mini hacksaw stayed firm. Would buy other products of Stanley.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stanley 10in Mini Hack Saw I rarely review products, but in this case it warrants one. The blade would not stay on the handle. Waste of money, will not use it again. Get this off your shelves.
