I couldn't get my key into the door locks, after using this product my key slides in and out with no problem at all.

My front door dead bolt was stiff when turning and one day, my key got stuck and it wouldn't turn. I worked it out but it was tough. It felt like the tumblers were not syncing. I used this powdered graphite lubricant and after several applications, now turns better than when it was new. The key goes in like butter. I agree with the previous reviewer about how little is in the tube but it worked for what I needed. Also, don't be too close to the lock when applying this fine metal lubricant - it sprays in and around the keyhole and it's possible to breath in the product.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0Â by unknown1 great product
great product. i've had to replace my door's deadbolt four different times because after a year or so, the key would become very difficult to put into the keyhole. i almost replaced it again when an employee told me about this stuff. i bought a tube and sprayed it in the keyhole once. it is now working better than it was new.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0Â by LegoGirl Every home toolbox needs a tube of graphite
This is an example of a product that every household needs to keep on hand, but few actually do (until they need it). Nothing is more aggravating than struggling with a lock that is sticky, but we put up with it because we just don't have the solution available---this little tube of graphite powder. A squirt or two in the lock and your key will be nicely turning like new.
Add this to a housewarming gift for new owners and they will thank you!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0Â by TomHcLive Poor value, Useful for locks.
The tip is a little too thick to get into to locks such as those found in cars. So you end up spraying around the lock as well.
Sprays really nicely and evenly.
Really poor value, you get such little product (the container feels 1/2ish full). That's nearly a dollar a gram. Great for locks, but using this to lubricate anything else is too expensive. I estimate it would lasts about 100 lock applications.
Item is located in my store at the key cutting department, and not next to where lubricants are kept. :( Took a while to find.
