I hate pulling toilets! Put the supposed extra thick number 10 under the toilet, flushed several times to check and was called back the following day because the bowl leaked again. The wax on the HD stock in our store is the exact same thickness in both the regular #3 seal and the supposed #10. The plastic cup to hold the wax in the box is thicker but the actual wax is the same. Went through box after box to check. The other problem is the wax is not round in any of the #3 or #10 which makes a difference if you are trying to cover an old cast iron connection. Not happy. Two hours of driving, and another hour to install and clean up.
Went to another big box store and found their extra thick #10 actually had 50% more wax. Measure before you pay and pull!

If you are going to install a toilet, and unless you are really sure that the floor and toilet bottom are perfectly squared, I would not buy anything except the extra thick wax rings. Even if you do have a perfectly squared floor and toilet bottom, the extra wax will do no harm since it fills any gaps in between the floor and toilet bottom. I've purchased dozens of these over the years, and never buy anything else.

Good product that does what it is intended to do. It stopped overflow from underneath the toilet we experienced.
