I used this pole along with the squeegee/scrubber attachment to clean our second-floor windows. The highest I had to reach was16 feet, so using a longer pole than necessary helped prevent excessive flexing. The locking collars worked very well and kept the pole sections from slipping. Cleaning our windows has never been easier! This is a great product for older homeowners.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pole Works best with short firm thrusts.
The pole extends with a twist of a wrist. Work the shaft forward until desired length. Another twist of the wrist and it locks into place. The shaft is strong and doesn't flex too much even when fully erect. It also cleans my satellite dish pretty good too.

This telescopic aluminum pole does exactly what it is supposed to do. It is easy to handle, and I had no trouble wiping away those irritating spider webs from my second story windows. The special brush attachment I purchased easily clipped onto the end. It is sturdy, even though it is light weight. All in all, a very good product.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DIY Great - If you want an 8' Pole
Worked great when I needed about 12-14' of height. When it went beyond that, if there was any form of pressure, the extension slid down. It doesn't take a great deal of force to clean the outside of a window sill, but it couldn't handle that. I had the threads as tight as they would go, but no luck. Keep in mind, all of this was after about 30 minutes worth of work. Since it now is barely useable to knock down cobwebs, it's going back. (Bought it yesterday).

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by QVSeesMe Window cleaning pole and locking cone
Out of frustration I finally bought the 20ft pole to clean my outdoor 2nd floor windows. It worked perfectly. The pole is light weight and easy to control. Took several attempts until I could manage the scraper side.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by topraman Not that sturdy
You get what you pay for. When fully extended this might as well be called a bow. Flops all over the place, hard to handle, not professional grade. If your looking for a sturdy pole to do a job that requires you not to scrape on other things then this is not the pole to buy. If you are using to just get bob webs out of the way you may consider this pole.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dave not durable at 20'
It is light weight. The collars work well even with wet hands. I was using with a soft bristle brush to scrub eves on a house. The first two sections worked great. However when you extended the third section you had to be careful to keep from bending that section. If you gave it to an employee that section would not last long.
