Bucket Scoop is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite New Tool I hadn't realized this tool existed until I was browsing the store and I really just bought it on a whim. Now that I have it I can't imagine being without it on a project. I've used it on drywall mud, thinset, and grout and in each case it's done a great job getting that last bit out of the bucket to minimize waste and to speed clean-up. Finishing with quick rinse and wipe down and it's held up very well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wish I bought it sooner Maybe there was a design change since the previous reviewer posted, but this thing works great. The curvature of the blade matches the inside of a 5 gal bucket perfectly. It makes scooping mud easy and cleaning the wall of the bucket much easier than with the 4in knife that I used to use. The scoop is solidly constructed and the handle is comfortable to use. Good product. My only beef is the glue they use to affix the label. You need a razor blade and solvent (I used goof-off) to remove it. Otherwise you will eventually end up with tiny pieces of label in your mud. I nearly deducted a star for that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The tool I didn't know I needed! Man, I wish I had one of these the last 10 years! This is awesome for scooping or cleaning out buckets. I love it for cleaning out grout or mortar buckets which I do multiple times a day. Saves a lot of time. This is also great for filling your mud pan and keeping the drywall bucket clean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So nice Keeps sides of pre mixed joint compound & 45/90 minute mud bucket clean. Cleaning hot mud bucket is more efficient. Allows pre mixed bucket to stay free of hardened compound on sides.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Tool, Reasonable Price The curvature of the blade matched my 5 gallon bucket perfectly and made it very easy to scoop out both Thinset and Mortar Mix from the bucket. The perfect tool for a reasonable price. I had no problem getting the label off of the blade of this tool. Like all very sticky labels, you just have to pull it off very slowly. Which ends up being much faster than using Goof Off.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good tool, but label is an issue... I definitely like the tool, but as with all tools of this brand, the label is extremely annoying. I only wish they would make them using an adhesive that's a bit easier to remove. I wanted to get right to work after I bought the tool but spent an inordinate amount of time trying to get the label removed so that it wouldn't fall apart in my mud and create problems. About the only way to easily remove it is to soak it in kerosene overnight, anything else will leave a residue that is annoying.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money This scoop doesn't fit the inside of the 5 gal bucket correctly! The curved blade is too large to scrape down material from the sides. Additionally, it has a stainless blade which is good. However, they attached it to the handle with fasteners that rust.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Useful I've had several of these and my only gripe is that the handle ends up separating from the blade after some use. A one-piece all metal scoop would be ideal, but until then I'll keep buying these and going easy on them.
