This grill is awesome, easy to put together and comes with a quick disconnect. Comes with great cooking instructions. Very easy to use, and I couldn't be more satisfied with this grill. To top it all off I got a great deal.

Stunning Weber performance in a great looking grill. Of course you're paying a bit more for the Weber name, but you get all of the sturdy construction that originated with said name. This would be the only slight knock on the review, to 4 of 5 on the value. But, having watched my father use exclusively Weber grills from the original charcoal and now onto his 2nd propane grill I've seen this quality first hand. 4 grills in 35 years is a testament to the quality, so now that my blue light special grill bit the dust, it is my turn to begin my Weber journey.
The E-310 showed up sturdily packed into a large box. It was delivered curbside and slid into the garage. It was quite heavy in the box. I unloaded the parts, separated and within about 1-1.5 hours had a fully assembled unit. Sturdy, strong construction was evident with strong, full welds and ample strength hardware. My kids even helped me sort the parts and turn the bolts so difficulty was not an issue. It was easily wheeled to it's final location and locked into place. My previous grill had fallen victim to the strong spring winds we face in my area and landed on its back, but I don't have that fear with this Weber. The casters look to have tip protection and with the overall weight I don't see this being an issue.
My specific model was the natural gas version, as I had always planned to do so from the time I built my house. The connection to the house was flawless with the purchase of one simple brass adapter. I still maintain the capability to utilize the quick connect/disconnect and the on/off valve on the house. What great ease of connection and ease of use, not to mention no pesky LP bottle to monitor...or run out when you most need it.
Now to the execution of perfectly grilled meats. Simple to light with the spark ignitor, you're only minutes from a perfectly heated grill. Don't jump the gun and let the interior properly heat before throwing dinner on. But then, easily controlled temperatures and maintained heat will perfectly sear and finish your tasty meal. From meats to veggies, we've already done it all and not a complaint to register. I have picky eaters so trust me, anything over cooked I will hear about it.
I would recommend this grill to anyone looking for a high quality outdoor cooking appliance and aiming to please.

We are a big grilling family. We've had several types of grills over the years. We finally decided to spend the extra money on a Weber. It was worth every penny. Very easy to assemble, works great, and the high quality lid keeps all the heat in for more efficient, even cooking.

I have owned 5 gas grills in my lifetime. I have owned Ducanes, Charbroil, and Brinkman. All where junk compared to my Weber Genesis. The Weber is more expensive but I have found with the cheaper grills you pay about $100 per years of service. $300 will buy you a grill that will last 3 years. The Weber is and will be the last grill I will ever have to buy. It looks great and cooks even better. Do not waste your money on a cheaper grill. Pay $700 for a lifetime grill or $300 for a 3 year grill! Your choice...

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Andy Knew I wanted a Weber, but what a Lucky Accident!
I knew I wanted a Weber. I had been spending $400 every 3 years on other grills, but wanted to buy one that I knew would stand more of a test of time.
That being said, it was time to order. In all my research I did not pay attention to the fact that this was a a NATURAL GAS GRILL!!!! The grill arrived, all well boxed, not damaged, which was a concern with shipping... It was easy to put together, really easy. The pressure was mounting when all the sudden I realized.... it was a natural gas grill.
I called a plumber, they were able to hook it all up the next day. It cost $450 to get the grill hooked up and I was not excited about the unexpected cost.
The grill works like a champ. It heats very evenly. For cooking steaks, kabobs, chicken, burgers, it is all we need and it is perfect.
And to not have to worry about butane bottles anymore is a real luxury.
We could not be happier.
Have used it not less than 4 times a week for the 4 weeks we have had it and it is great for our family of four.
You will not be disappointed... even if you do order it on accident!!!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Jack Excellent Design & Excellent Cooking Results!
We have grilled 5 to 6 nights per week for 25+ years. We grill fish, chicken, beef, turkey & pork, as well as various veggies.
We replaced our 25 year old Ducane natural gas grill w/ the E-310.
The grill is fantastic. We get excellent results on everything we cook, even in very cold winter weather.
The major items that make the grill so fantastic are:
*Heavy cast iron cooking grates that hold the heat
*Electronic igniter which really works
*Accurate temperature control+ a dial thermometer.
*Hi btu input, even in cold weather
*Flavor bar & grease trap design that eliminates flare-ups
*Double walled hood that retains the heat & provides even heating
We also purchased 1 LED Handle light which makes grilling in the dark a non-issue

Read the reviews for this grill here, and in a couple other places. It is built well, goes together well, and the instructions are easy to understand. It can be built with only one person, but I suggest a two-person built for convenience, as it is sometimes difficult to hold a piece straight while trying to tighten the screw, or finding the right screw, etc.
Side note: Make sure that second person is someone you get along with, and both of you have patience for the building process. :-)
Nice even heat; heats up fast. I'm still getting used to the coated cast iron grates, but that will come in time.
It was suggested I not use a metal brush to clean the grates, as it would cause damage, and eventually unwanted wear. The store clerk walked me over to the section with the cleaning brushes (brooms, etc) and showed me what she used, which was a natural bristle brush used for cleaning decks, etc. There were two kinds: One with light bristles and one with dark bristles. The dark bristle one was recommended, along with plain water, and the heat from the grill. Keep the brush moving and there is no risk of burning the bristles. I have used this technique half a dozen times, and it works like a charm. However, I think I need to buy a bigger BBQ glove or perhaps a short handle for the brush. The steam can be hazardous - please use caution.
