The grill fits my needs. I like the warming rack is not attached to the hood. I know if something will fit or not before I close the hood. Ignition at each burner is also nice, no crossovers to deal with.

Gill heats up in a hurry and the grates are so nice. Scrape off easily what remains of what you cooked. Even heat--nicest grill for me yet.

Had one of these before but it was propane and sold it with my house. New house had natural gas and I got this one. Works great and no bottles to fill.

Been waiting for our deck to be ready to purchase this grill. It was worth the wait. Easy to use and good looking too - we're very happy with it!

OK, I had an MPH grill for 11 yrs...cadillac of natural gas grills that used porcelain briquettes and it worked great...food always tasted like it was cooked on a charcoal grill.
That said, I had this grill assembled by home depot. I took it home in my truck and hooked it up...screwed something up during hook-up to gas line and broke part of the hose...called weber customer service and they were great!!! Sent entire hose replacement free with 2 day shipping...that is service!
Now, since I am a guy and don't read directions...I used this grill no different than other gas grills I owned...first 3 times I cooked on it, steaks, shrimp, brats and burgers, food tasted TERRIBLE, NO GRILL TASTE! I was devastated and wanted to run out and get another MPH grill (which is much more expensive)
After consulting with an expert (fireman friend who owns this grill -an older model ), it made so much sense with what he told me.... I had to remove the flavor bars, double top metal grids and the bottom metal plates...I coated them all with crisco oil then placed everything in my weber charcoal grill and cooked them for 90 minutes and successfully seasoned the parts. I then put the parts back after they cooled and the next day I cooked a burger and it was good, but still not as good as my old MPH grill but I think in time, it will be the same. Just make sure you season the cooking parts...if you have a charcoal grill that will work awesome..just use a lot of charcoal and cook at a very high heat with lid closed for a minimum of 60 minutes....I did 90 min. at 600+ degrees. The new cover has already got a tear in a seam at the top so not happy about that at all. It's the weber cover for this grill and I can already tell it won't last long.
