Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 This grill does it all This is my 3rd Weber Spirt. It does everything I need a BBQ for and does it very well. It holds heat so well that I rarely have the controls past the halfway point. Turkey', Steaks, Veggies, etc all nicely done. May 26, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My first grown-up grill Purchased the Spirit E-310 to replace an old Costco brand grill that did not survive this past winter. Wow, everything about this grill is great, assembly was very straightforward and only took me about 35 minutes once I got everything unpacked. I am so glad that I did some research and got this one, even though it isn't available in story any more. but shipping was free. I do not like the front panel on the version w/ the cast-iron pan inserts (GBS), way too cheap of a part to have front and center that will need to be removed every time I need to turn the gas on/off. I love the scale for the tank, much better than the inline gauge I was using before. But I did notice that the side panel will flex a bit once the tank is on. This puts the scale at a slight angle and may affect how accurate the scale is on the upper and lower limits. Time will tell on that though, I'm still on my fist tank. Grilling surface is large and easy to clean, good flame control for all the burners. I need to get used to using a grill that works as well as this one does, my last grill had horrible cold spots and required a lot more time to cook just about anything. Love my new Spirit E-310, none of my old grills can compare to this thing, fit, finish, quality of materials, everything about it. I consider this my first grown-up grill and expect it to last for years to come. April 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Grill Ever! After spending many hours researching gas grills, I'm very pleased I decided to purchase a Weber. It was easy to assemble and is well built! The burners grill meat evenly and the stainless steel shelves are easy to clean. A very high quality grill for a reasonable price! If you're looking for a reliable and simple gas grill, this is the grill for you. January 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This grill is awesome We are a Weber family- I wouldn't buy another grill. The grill was easy for my husband to put together. The grill burns evenly like a dream. The first time we used it we seasoned the burners with coconut oil and cooked burgers. The burgers had perfect grill marks. The grill was very intuitive to use, is a great size and looks beautiful. I love this thing! March 29, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Does not disappoint. I have had the Spirit E-310 for about a month, and have used the grill 4 times. It's a quality grill; well made and functioning. My favorite features are the grates (you can get AWESOME sear marks) and the handy Weber grilling guide (I laminated mine). I questioned if this grill would be worth spending a little more money on. It is... May 14, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great value for the price The Weber Spirit E310 was exactly the grill I wanted within my price point. I ordered online and it arrived within five business days. This grill was meticulously packaged in a thick cardboard box. The assembly directions were very straightforward and I put it together myself within an hour, on and off. I needed my son to help me move it to the deck because you need to carry it from the bottom where the metal is thicker and more supportive than the sides. My first meal on the grill was hamburgers, and they turned out delicious. I think the key was to pre-heat the grill with the lid closed to 500 degrees, and then cut the heat to med-high just before you place the burgers on the grill. Worked like a gem. I used the drawings on the grill dials to give me a rough estimate of they type of heat I wanted, and that served my purposes just fine. The drip pan is well placed and makes it a breeze to clean. The drip pan empties out into a smaller disposable foil tray. I lined the foil tray with a sheet of foil and for ease of cleaning since I don't want to keep buying replacement foil trays. Again for the price point this is perfect and would suit the majority of users for family gatherings and small parties. Drawbacks? The only drawback is that the steel side panels may be a bit "flimsy" but they are more than adequate for the job. Last recommendation? Buy a cover. I debated this, but it helps keep things neat and it apparently helps protect your grill. I plan on keeping this grill for at least ten years, and I am confident that it will make it. I am very pleased with my purchase, plus keep in mind the benefits of the Weber Warranty. One last word: I have since cooked kabobs, fish, and vegetables. April 11, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent grill! This is the first Weber grill I've owned, and the first one I had to assemble myself. I have to say that the assembly instructions were some of the most straightforward that I've seen. It's obvious the instructions were initially written in English, and not translated from some other language. Assembly took about 2 hours. Once turned on to high, the temperature hits 500+ degrees in under 10 minutes. Temperature distribution is even throughout the grill. I initially found the control knobs a bit counter-intuitive, in that you don't turn them all the way to get the highest heat level; you turn them one quarter turn. So far, I've cooked steak, chicken and corn on the cob on this grill, with great results. You won't be cooking a meal for 10 people on this size grill, but for 4 or 6, it's ideal. July 20, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Solid Grill, but..... Well made grill, however I experienced an issue with the gas line not giving full power. Turns it has a safety regulator, so for future reference you can't immediately light your grill without first making sure there there is a good flow of gas, then ignite your grill. If this happens you just turn off the grill, then gas to reset it. It has happened twice, which is annoying. But when its working, nothing cooks better...maybe a green egg! July 13, 2015
