It Horrible.. Run Forrest Run!!!!
might be the worst purchase of my life.. never again. I'll buy their tv's.. but this fridge is a joke and I should get a full refund.. like other have said noisy. Ice maker freezes up every two weeks.. fridge cant keep cold.. its a mess.. so disappointing

        Shelves
        While the fridge functions well, taking out the shelves for cleaning is extremely challenging. Switching from our previous fridge to the 4-door Samsung fridge post-remodeling was a regrettable decision. In addition to terrible shelves arrangements, removing them requires screwdrivers and considerable strength. Moreover, replacing the water filter poses its own set of difficulties. Overall, I strongly advise against purchasing this model.

          Not my choice anymore
          While the fridge functions well, taking out the shelves for cleaning is extremely challenging. Switching from our previous fridge to the 4-door Samsung fridge post-remodeling was a regrettable decision. Removing the shelves requires screwdrivers and considerable strength. Moreover, replacing the water filter poses its own set of difficulties. Overall, I strongly advise against purchasing this model.

            sad how quick after warranty it falls!
            5 months after warranty ran out the Assembly Case Ice Route/Ice Chute Flapper motor failed and wouldn't drop ice out. so it melted out and down the door.

              Do not buy
              I have only bought 1 Samsung refrigerator and i have many friends who have also and we have all had problems within 5 years. My friends got rid of theirs and we have repaired now twice, trying to save money. I will never buy Samsung refrigerator again. I just want my fridge go stay cold and ice machine to work. Samsung should make things right and refund customers that had a defective refrigerator. Never again.

                The paint will chip
                Don’t waist your hard earned money on this refrigerator. The ice maker will get clogged and moldy it will work on and off. The stainless steal finish will start to chip. Samsung will not be responsible for the defective product after the one year warranty and if you buy the extended warranty like we bought the warranty doesn’t cover cosmetic problems. We don’t recommend this refrigerator.

                  Do not buy
                  Ice maker freezes over and constantly needs to be defrosted monthly. Ice is always slushy. Both fridge and freezer evaporators constantly freeze up due to poor design and need to be defrosted bi-weekly. Temps are inconsistent and a health risk. I will not be buying a samsung appliance anytime soon.

The most impressive feature is the middle drawer which I set up for drinks and fresh fruit. These are the two items this refrigerator needs to be opened for, so I expect a significant savings by not having to open the French doors as often.

                                Samsung Addresses Issues with Their Products.
                                [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so pleased with my new Samsung refrigerator. I was worried that the icemaker issues that preceded the Samsung models prior to this one had been addressed by Samsung. Apparently, they have and the refrigerator is working super. I love the FlexZone Drawer. I use it for so many items. I purchased this same eariler model in 2021 but had no issues with my refrigerator. I love my unit and was so happy that Samsung addressed the issues with the earlier model. Thanks Samsung for placing the "Trust" back into a great company and their products. It matters so much for the End-Users that are so very busy in todays life style.

                                    My 4 year old Samsung is out for garbage pickup
                                    Ice maker never worked. Samsung sent repair people who could not fix it and after 3 years without ice l going out of defective and Samsung knows and won't do anything about it. So tonight l throw it away. $3200 plus over $1500 in repairs. Just about everything expensive broke. 3 things are broken now. I also have a 4 year Samsung washer that only works on 1 cycle 5 are broken. Waste Disposal Will take it next week. RUN if you are tempted to buy anything SAMSUNG. Horrible never again!!!!

                                      Buyer Beware!
                                      Impossible to clean. Inherited this fridge from the previous owners of my current home, and I still have been unable to disassemble it. There are parts of the refrigerator that need a screwdriver…a SCREWDRIVER… to disassemble and even that still does not work. This refrigerator is disgusting.

                                        I bought a house last year April. Re did the entire house, appliances, floors, cabinets, bathrooms etc. A year to the day later i wake up at 230am to find my house flooded!! The bladder apparently broke and water running all night. I had waterfalls coming out of the middle drawer and freezer. My floors had to be ripped up, in the kitchen, dining,living room, bathroom mater closet, laundry room and hall way. Some water in the garage also. This is a nightmare!!!!

                                          Bad experience
                                          A bundle set was purchased recently from Home Depot, as soon as the refrigerator was turned on, the water filter was leaking. We called Home Depot before 48hour and they sent a person to verify the malfunction, after that they did not replace the refrigerator, they gave us the Samsung company number, and the refrigerator was not replaced,now the refrigerator makes sounds.there was no response.the gas has a damage in front screen due to cooking steam.both Samsung and Home Depot did not respond

                                            Water Dispenser Leaks
                                            After delivery and installation we noticed the water dispenser drips after use. We went through the troubleshooting guide and then to you tube only to find this is an ongoing problem with Samsung. STAY AWAY from Samsung. Apparently this has been ongoing for years and they have done NOTHING TO REMEDY! Don’t believe me Google it for yourself. Plenty of video out there. I should have researched before I bought.

                                              Worst Ice Maker Ever
                                              The ice maker generates about 8 ice cubes every 12 hours. The ice maker doesn’t have sufficient insulation to keep the ice area cold causing the ice to melt and jam frequently. Once a week it freezes. The fridge space is smaller than expected. The he only positive is the middle drawer convenience for drinks. Items in the bottom freezer fall out and behind the bins causing other problems. The door handles fall off frequently.

                                                Temperature doesn’t work
                                                Don’t buy this refrigerator. I bought this refri November 3 2022 and noticed that it wasn’t cooling the first day.Thought it was just because it was new and it was going to get better. Food was getting spoiled. I try to adjust the temperature as the guidelines indicate to do but it doesn’t work. The temperature doesn’t change. It’s set to 37 and doesn’t change. Buttons don’t work. It’s been 1 month and I regret buying this refri. Doesn’t keep my food cool.

                                                  I'm a contractor and I bought this 18 months ago the freezer stopped working a little over a year old. Can not get anyone to work on them. And the company tells you to figure it out on your own, even when they come with a 5 year cooling warranty. None of my clients will ever buy Samsung again

                                                        do not buy! we have had issues with water and ice leaking from the frigde since day 1. for starters, the ice maker is great if you prefer slush. the frige is not even a year old yet and there is mold growing inside the ice shoot due to all the water that always leaking out. we have a towel constantly rolled up in the little pocket thing to catch all the water. i repeat, do not buy this
