Ms. Jackie and Nicole in appliance both ladies were great they took them time to thoroughly search a product and assured I left the store with it these two ladies are a true asset to Home Depot and should really be recognized on how they treat a customer

Cashier Gwen, saw how dusty and dirty my new recycling bin was and without saying a word she took out her spray bottle and paper towels and completely cleaned the entire large bin to look brand new for me. Now that's service and how a customer should be treated..She friendly and cheerful the whole time she was cleaning it too!

Customer service is consistently good at this location. I find the store is well stocked and usually find what I need. The order on line and pick up at store is a great feature, too.

Staff don’t care and it shows in the oval experience. Dirty and disorganized store. Blocked isles and damaged products. Most employees were on phones or engorging customers. Paint guy was cool, only exception. Karen at self checkout hates you and will treat you like your stupid and a piece of garbage. If you see Karen, go anywhere else to check out or ask for assistance.

The key-making gentleman was very helpful to mark my key bags to ensure that I kept them in order. Also, he looked for and found 2 boxes of blanks to help fulfill my order. And finally, he shared with me how I could record the keys so that I could have them made electronically and save time and money the next time I need to have the keys recut. He was Great! I am sorry I did not get his name.

Employees said how bored they were, but would not provide assistance when asked. I asked 5 people to help me and they said no and/or would get someone. After waiting and no one arrived, I went to to the cashier. She rung me up, but didn't help with loading water from the dispensery. She instructed me to insert my card and walked away - oh this was not self-checkout. I had to find where the receipt came out. The cashier stood in the middle of the aisle on her mobile. I asked about feedback and she told me without any concern. There are other stores and I don't have to spend my money here and WILL NEVER again!

Coordination of delivery needs to improve.

Store manager (Ed) provided me with outstanding customer service. From the time I arrived till the time I left he (Ed) was very helpful and informative about my purchase! I went in the store to purchase a Chest Freezer and the specific color I was looking for was no longer available. So Ed (Store Manager) went out of his way to accommodate me. Also Chris (Cashier) was very friendly and helpful!

Store employees are nowhere to be found to assist you. And the employee I finally got to assist me was talking on his phone the entire time I was with him and couldn't find the product I was interested in.

I go to Depot locations all over as required by work This particular location seems much more customer friendly and service oriented

I bought my home and started remodeling I had a excellent experience with the tool rental center and all employees are very helpful and knowledgeable they went out of their way to find the tiles I needed. The 1st time the store had the tiles I needed when I went back for more of the same I had to buy from another location and was helped by a floor employee.

The manger Bill is lazy and lied saying the saw was broken-so he didn't have to cut wood at 8:30. I only need 3 cuts =less then 5 minutes of work! I did find a friendly employee to make those cuts for me!!! The Security Guard actually asked me if I was going to pay for the items in my cart -as if it was free Thursday at Home Depot-SO EMBARRASSING!!!She then followed us around the store but trying to be sneaking about it????Totally unprofessional and and irritating! Girl at self check out gave me the eyes rolling when I had to call her over cuts i scanned spray paint...sorry like she actually had to move and do something!!!

This store is great for DIYers. It has almost everything you need for your home improvement project. The garden center is great -- nice selection of plants and other gardening needs. I can't say enough nice things about the employees -- always friendly, pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable. That means a lot!!!!!
