Everything after placing the online volume order for 4 cans TruFuel was a complete fail at this store. Almost 3.5 hours later, the order was still processing so couldn't do safe curbside pickup. Inside, Bashona at the pickup desk motioned us over. She was inexpiably unfriendly from the start. She rolled out an incomplete order of just 3 cans, one of them crushed so we couldn't take it for safety reasons. She never apologized for the incomplete and damaged order or acknowledged our inconvenience. There were still 10 cans showing in inventory and we offered to go look for them in the isle. She refused insisting to go herself. She returned with no cans stating there were no more. She was very unhappy that we wanted credit for the 2 cans she couldn't find. While she begrudgingly processed the credit my wife went to look in the isle to see if she could find any cans. When Bashona completed the credit, she looked at me and said "that's it!" What a way to end an already mishandled sale and how terribly disrespectful. I joined my wife in the isle where we found a display with all 10 cans. We came back to the desk expecting there would be no problem placing the volume discount order for the complete set of 4 cans. Bashona then got even nastier barking "What to you want me to do?" She made us feel like we were doing some thing wrong and that it was a complete inconvenience to her to have to credit the 2 cans and re-place the order. She then said something completely unexpected - "I don't need your head action!" apparently trying to imply that there was some body language she didn't like but that didn't even ever happen. We went out of our way to stay calm and respectful despite her shameful behavior. After she said that, I asked to speak to the store manager and she refused putting her hand up in my face and said "I'm doing it!". We drove 40 minutes to this store since it was one of the few that had any stock. The incomplete, mishandled order was bad enough but Bashona's undeserving disrespect to us and her hateful attitude was uncalled for. This is simply inexcusable. We know that life has been very unfair to many people in 2020 and that lots of families are dealing with sickness and the loss of loved ones and economic hardship. Maybe she was dealing with that and we're sorry. That said, as someone who suffered from being sick with Covid and loosing family members in 2020, that doesn't give me license to treat other people like trash. During this whole event, we felt like actors in an employee training video on what NOT to do! In closing, we've been Home Depot customers for literally decades. A dear family member who we lost earlier this year even worked for Home Depot. Bill consistently earned employee awards and was a customer favorite. It would have made him very sad to hear about the terrible experience we had and the terrible way we were treated. What is Homedepot prepared to do to make this right?

I saw many employees in groups of 2-3 back in corners talking or on phones. Plus aisle were messy with products scattered about. I am an elderly women with bad knees who can barely walk and I had to tramps about this large Home Depot on hard concrete floors trying to locate products. I could have really used some help! I wouldn't come to this store other than it is close to my home and convenient.

This store lacks management from the top to the bottom. The store is disgusting, trash and inventory is scattered throughout the store. It is almost impossible to walk through the aisles. Employees could care less about serving customers. It is obvious they are only interested in the paycheck.. There seems to be plenty of employees working but most of the time they are clustered in corners of the store talking with each other. Inventory is mislabeled on the shelves with wrong product and wrong price. Basically this is the most disorganized and unprofessional Home Depot store I have shopped in over the last 40 years. STAY AWAY!
