Customer service at this store is exceptional. It really makes shopping here a true pleasure. Customer service is very helpful and nobody that I’ve encountered in the store has an attitude. As a novice in home improvement they really help me to feel comfortable and knowledgeable.

The Garden team and Bell Nursery Manager Lindsay went above and beyond for us! We were landscaping a huge flipped house and Lindsay helped us spend way too much $ on flowers she was amazing, helpful and knowledgable!!! Hire more like her we plan on using Home Depot for all landscaping needs now!!!

The staff goes above and beyond to help their customers if I can't find an item they locate it online and get it shipped to the store free of cost to the customer. They are very knowledgeable about the products and friendly. I love Home Depot:-)

Smaller size store, but associates are consistently friendly and helpful. Just made a custom door purchase and it was a breeze.

Jeff, in the Blinds and Window Covering department did an awesome job cutting our mini blind to size. He was professional, precise and courteous. Also, Chandra was very helpful. Thank you for the outstanding customer service you provide.

We are renovating our entire home, so we are visit this Home Depot on a regular basis, I have to say this is one of the best stores in the area, you have an employee there that was a pleasure to talk to and very helpful. His name is Jonathan. We offered him a tip and he refused it stating that is against store policy. He said he loves his job and he's been there 5 years, I must say you are the lucky one to have an employee like this. He deserves recognition.

I use to buy at this store for years, moved to another area and shop at another store mostly... I still buy from this store a couple times a month, but recently had a disappointing experience at the store with a return after encountering two associate Lakayla and Bree at the return service desk who was rude, and disrespectful and makes me wonder if customer service training was ever provided to these persons... I gave the rating 2 star because of the other persons who are helpful and polite...

Miller road Homedepot is the place to shop. While walking to my car, Jonathan a employee of Homedepot offer to load my car, i thought that was very nice. Thanks again Jonathan.

The store is clean, the employees are very friendly and you even locate items by using your cell, but there is always an employee to assist you on the floor.

The associates that were working the night shift this Saturday were extremely welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This was probably my best visit to any Home Depot yet. They were out of two products that I was there for, but that is not their fault. And, with the one product I needed, one associate was able to help me find something else that would do the trick!

My experience buying a run was made MUCH less stressful by an associate named Terry who kept me focused and was very positive while we were looking at the options. In general, the store employees always respond when I say hello passing them in the aisle - it's a little thing, but matters. Thank you
