This store compared to other home-improvement stores Is Primo in my opinion . This comes from a person who was in customer service as a manager for over 40 years,so I’ve seen the best and the worst of it. My cashier Joseph needs to be cloned or copied if possible , I wish I had him and others like him on my team . I can’t see myself going anyplace else !! Word of mouth advertisement is the best that money can’t buy and I have been spreading the word .

This store is usually well staffed with knowledgeable and friendly associates even if they are in a different department than the one I need. This is my go-to store in the Wilmington area. They normally have what I am looking for and if not, they will search other area HD's to find it. Keep up the outstanding service. Thank you.

I love shopping at here, the staff is always friendly and many of them greet me by my name. The store and rest rooms are always clean. It's very helpful that the store is always well stocked. I manage a number of rentals and sometimes my visit are before close to closing hours so being able to run in and get the needed materials are a life saver.

This store is my most visited home improvement store for all typical home needs. I have purchased hardware, appliances, paint, electrical, and floor coverings there. I have never had to return any products, all of them performed as advertised. The Garden center is awesome, having everything I ever needed and my yard looks great because of the various perennial items I have put in that were purchased there.. I'm glad this store is so close as it is easy to get to and always has what I need. THANKS

Sandra, Jaqueline, and Mick are by far the best customer service associates I have encountered in my 66 yrs. This store should be the model for ALL other stores!

I have shopped here twice this week and both times met friendly, helpful and knowledgeable sales staff when I couldn't find something myself. I highly recommend this store for cleanliness and organization, and for being greeted by someone handing out the weekly flyer and coupons good for the summer, and being told there are reusable.

The Home Depot store is a store I am in every day, It has everything I need. Great store.

Horrible customer service. Home Depot has gotten rid of their cashiers and you have to figure it out yourself. Good luck if there’s a line or if you miss something in your cart. They were horrible to some old man who couldn’t figure out what to do

This Home Depot is stellar in all areas especially in consumer service. Everyone has insight on who to talk too and is knowledgeable in all areas. All products were available, the associates were available also helpful and the store was very clean and organized.

The customer service at this store is exceptional with great and friendly workers! Kimberlie was very friendly at the register, and Jonathon was excellent helping us load tons of wood into our truck!
