Great customer service. Very impressed when picking up item bought on line. A male employee at the counter saw that one of my items was incorrect to go with the shelf I purchased. He went out of his way to show me my mistake and then went and got me the correct item. Unfortunately, I did not get his name. I feel he went above and beyond to help me and saved me time and hassle to figure out on my own. Great job! I will be using this store for my needs in the future just because of this service from this nice man.

No service, no help, no one to talk with.

Everyone who worked there was very cheerful, helpful and courteous! The store was clean, neat and well lit. The displays were colorful and informative and there were arrows on the displays directing me to the different sales so I could take full advantage of the big sales and the big discounts on the things that interested me. I was well satisfied and I saved a lot of $$$!

Asked about an item outside being on sale or not. We were told it was (lazy employee who didn't feel like confirming for sure). We hauled it inside to the register where we were informed it was not. Then they wouldn't call the man to the register to confirm. Just told us we would not get the price we were told. RUDE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I told her I didn't want the item then she stood there and looked at me until my husband unloaded it himself after carrying it inside from the parking lot. We have spent a lot of money at this location with the last couple floods but I can't say whether I'd come back. Seriously disappointed in the way this was handled.

From the Moment I entered the store until the moment I climbed into my car You guys made my day. I got asked if I needed any help, Even a customer helped me load some charcoal into my cart. It's hard to find good Customer Service these days and the Arnold Location went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you very much I appreciated it you made my day.

All of the employees are helpful and friendly. The store is clean too.

Always a good experience at Arnold Home Depot

This store is fantastic . The people are great and always in a good mood . They also do a lot for the community and the veterans .

We are doing a complete gut-rehab of our very old home in Imperial, MO. I've had many occasions to "run to Home Depot". I've needed help in hardware, tile, doors and windows, and the garden area. From front to back, I've never had anything but amazing customer service. And if I need help and someone is walking by who doesn't work in that department, they always say, "I'll find someone to help you." And they always do. Love this store!

if you need an appliance be sure to ask for Walter Thurmond and/or his work hours schedule age 88 and awesome knows it all and will answer any questions! Went the extra step to get me all discounts etc. Great dishwasher Maytag

Outdated product in the garden area. The return clerk indicated that it was late in the season and the store will probably discount the defective product. So I wasted my time purchasing the product, trying to exchange the product. There are numerous choices near my home for anything HD carries. So I will just let my spending do my talking in the future.

The store was clean and pretty well stocked. The parking area was fairly easily accessible as well. Areas within the store were well marked. The guy in the area of the light bulbs was quite up-to-date on product information, friendly, and had no problem answering every question thrown his way - and there were several in my short time there. Hardware area. Trying to locate chair accessories they appeared to be out of stock. As you know, they often have additional stock above the displayed items. The guy there seemed like he'd rather not be bothered and we were bothering him by asking for help. After my wife located the box containing more of the item we wanted, he huffed his way out of the aisle to get the ladder and then got the items down. We made it a point to thank him for his help, which seemed to cheese him off a bit more. Other employees seemed scarce, though we really weren't looking for any help. The cashier was efficient and friendly. Prices were pretty good; at least comparable with similar stores and in a few instances, somewhat better.

The store in Arnold, MO has very friendly staff and is always well supplied for the products we have had a need. Other similar stores in the area have the products but not the friendly staff. So if you have a choice, I'd refer you to Home Depot.

I had gone to get some small electrical items that I was "out of." I discovered some tomato plants on sale, so reasonable for that da only, that I went back and bought seven to add to our little garden. I am not sure if they were part of the Spring Black Friday Sale or not... if I had known before hand that saving would have brought me into the store, for sure.

100% helpful .Never had anything to complain about.My favorite store.Like it better than Lowe's.

Have been very pleased with the cooperation I have received these past couple weeks with my visits to the Arnold store. Everyone has been very helpful. I have had some problems, and they have all been taken care of to my satisfaction.

Know if you buy paint at Home Depot that you cannot return it. It is not posted anywhere until you have it mixed and then it is on the little sticker on top of the paint can that it is non returnable. If you don't like the color after it is mixed, which it always look different, too bad you are stuck with it. The associates at the paint counter and cashier were very rude. I will not return to this store.

Wonderful experience buying a washer and dryer from this location. The gentleman in the appliance department was extremely helpful and friendly even though it took my over an hour to make my final decision.

It is always great to shop at the Arnold Home Depot. It has great prices which are easy to see, and the merchandise is easy to locate. The displays are easy to select an item from and to replace it if one decides not to purchase it. The staff is always cheerful and helpful. The parking lot is big and there are enough doors, that I can always find a parking space and not need to walk fa to the entrance. When I exit, I find the automatic doors great as I do not need to fight with my cart to get it out of the door... automatic doors are great. The carts that come in various designs enable me to easily take my purchases to my vehicle. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Almost all employees at the Arnold MO store are very friendly and helpful every time I go there. They almost always have the products that I need, and offer great info to me regarding my home projects. The electrical dept guy that seems to work the day shift, is especially helpful and friendly, and always gives me great info on electrical or any other type of help I need.

The little old man back in appliances helped us and he was awesome. Great prices and great people!!

I wish I would have gotten the mans name that helped us in plumbing tonight. around 5:30 on tues evening. He didn't leave us guessing but knowing we had just what we needed.

The associates have always been helpful to me. They don't just point to the isle you need to go, they will take you there and help you find what you're looking for. Most of the sales people there seem very knowledgeable in their departments. I've had carpet installed before. The sales people were very helpful and the installers were outstanding. they were hard working, efficient, polite and respectful of my property. The people in the paint department are also very knowledgeable and helpful. I always feel confident that I will have a good experience there.
