The store had a nice selection of lawn mowers to pick from. Michael H. from the garden department answered my questions and help me load the box onto a cart, take to cashier and load into my vehicle.

Good store, well stocked, knowledgeable and friendly people, and reasonable prices.

I shop here often, always have a good stock, people are generally friendly if you can find someone to help you, this times was great help, in past, not so much, severely understaffed

The employees are always quick to help. We did a project loan and spent every day in the store either buying or returning items. The staff alway went out of the way to make us feel appreciated. I drive 45 min to get to this store and feel it’s worth the drive...

I love this store, they always have what I need at a good price, the store is clean and clutter free and there is plenty of smiling ready to help staff on the floor. And another thing I like personally is that they give Veterans discounts with a smile.

I go to this store first to find various items ,for all the above mentioned reasons .

Everyone here always has a smile on their face and always willing to help. This is one of my favorite stores and even though I check others, I end up here for the variety and price.

I live nearby and frequent this store often. I am retired and live alone and maintain my own home and yard so I always have some sort of repair project going on. The people there are friendly and always willing to help. They recommend solutions and products. and offer suggestions that might make the job easier.. Its the first place I go for when I need something for my home or yard.

All products I needed were in stock and the store was clean and the associates were friendly

This store has everything you need for a DIY or professional service. We always find what we need. The associates will answer any questions if you need answers. They will show you the availability and when asked will recommend products. We have bought many things at this store and are always satisfied. They stand behind their merchandise.

Great place to shop

I recently shopped at Ashtabula, Ohio Home Depot. I was looking for specific items and while I was headed to the aisle I needed a store employee came up and asked if I needed assistance, and I stated yes. I explained what I was looking for and he looked it up and assisted me with getting it. I continued to shop and again needed help with a different item. a different employee was near and I asked and they looked and then guided me to a different area where what I was looking for was on sale, they could have just let me get the item in the "normal" aisle yet instead, aimed me to the same item in the sale aisle. I wasn't there but about 20 minutes from the time I walked in until I was at the checkout. AWESOME customer service !! helpful, polite, knowledgeable . I was at a competitor just down the street and not once was I asked if I needed assistance, if THIS Home Depot carried the brand I had to go to the competitor for, I would DEFINITELY have purchased at Home Depot. I myself deal with clients on a daily basis and this was refreshing that I was assisted so quickly so I could get back on the job to make my client just as pleased to be able to complete the project. THANK YOU ASHTABULA HOME DEPOT... SEE you AGAIN SOON !!!

Our store is going through some remodeling , and updating of the stores product location . That said we had to ask for assistance to find what we were looking for. Mark , who works at the store was the one who assisted us in finding the product . He only did not just tell us where the product was located, he actually walked us to it. Very friendly, and knowledgeable about the store and the products. He also walked us to another item we were interested in, because it was totally in a different location that we would of not found on our own. I asked Mark about price matching, and I showed him an add from a competitive store , and without hesitation he looked at the add , and instructed the cashier to go ahead with lower price. Thanks Mark !! Very pleased with our local Home Depot store and their staff !!

First time ever going later in the evening during Black Friday, wow are the prices dropped. Now I know when to purchase new.
