Like the store as far as layout is concerned. Employees always friendly and helpful. Just not enough employees available at times. Had to search out employee in Tools and Plumbing in my last visit. Loading assistance to vehicle was prompt and really appreciated.

Customer Service is ok, but the floor employees are horrible. Items are out of stock, like drywall mud. Boxes containing items have the wrong items that the boxes are labeled for, such as plumbing fixtures.

The worker today were very rude.

I have been shopping at this store for many years and have noticed an improvement concerning the sales people there. I was there in the last 2 weeks and I was asked if I needed help instead of having to hunt someone down. That is a big thing with me and keeps me coming back. I feel sometimes businesses forget the customer experience and what good customer service means. Sincerely, A satisfied customer.

I was helped by an older Male employee in the gardening department, he was so friendly and took the time to show me several plants and talked about them with me. The cashier mikayla was also very pleasant to talk to. I will definitely shop here again.

I have been in this store several times a week. Everyone is always nice. I have been asked by Ed in garden to fill out a survey several times and I always say I will do it but never do. This time I promised I would fill it out so here it is. I love the people at this store and love shopping here. I spend a good deal of money in all the departments. I have never had a bad experience, I think the employees have an infinite amount of patience and it shows in the service they provide.

They are always busy, but the workers are always awesome. Sometimes you have to wait, but when they get to you, they treat you like King’s. Good stocking, mostly. I’ll always come here first.

I needed a new grill. My old one finally gave out. Came in to see what was available and was lucky to get Ed to help me out. I wanted one already built but the one I wanted was not on the floor. Ed said there was one in the back that he hadn't brought out yet. He got it out and even cleaned it off. I would have probably left without one if Ed hadn't come along and found one for me. Made steaks for the family tonight and they cooked perfectly. Look forward to using it for years.

I have been receiving outstanding service from employees at Home Depot #1501 Aurora since it opened.

The store, plainly, has almost everything you need as far as products go but it's always hard to find an associate to assist you locating items or providing information. Most common comments are, "I'm sorry, it's not my department."

This store is generally cluttered and dirty, and the aisles and the merchandise shelves are often blocked by carts of merchandise and displays. I would go out of my way to avoid this particular store. I have also found this store to be understaffed and finding help is a chore.

This store is horrible and worse yet its the district office. Unsafe conditions merchandise not in its proper place. Never any really knowledgeable staff.

Most employees are very helpful. Carley that works in the paint department is the most helpful and friendly. You had all the products I needed except one. The store is clean all the time when I go in.

If you need new doors ask for Karen in the door section. She is very good at what she does. In general all the employees are very nice and very helpful

The store has it's bad days and good days, but overall it's a great place to shop. The people are friendly. I have had good experience with Ed in garden. He helped me buy a grill, and then walked me to plumbing where matt helped me with nuts and bolts I needed for a project.

Employees were very knowledgeable and helpful went out of their way to help me find my items

I highly recommend this Aurora Home Depot because of the associates that work here. They are always willing to help you with any projects you are doing, or to find something in the store that you are looking for. This Home Depot always has what I am looking for and their product selection is tremendous.

Always greeted at the door with a smile and offer of help. Departments can be better staffed during the day but overall my experiences have been good.

This store continues to improve every time I visit. The people are very nice and are eager to help.

Showed up at closing and the people were really nice and helpful. Didn't make us feel rushed at all, like most places about to close. Really neat and clean place. Definitely will do more business here.

We just purchased a carpet and Hickory hardwood floor at this Home Depot. Millie and Alex in flooring were very helpful and knowledgeable. We love the carpet. The hardwood isn't in yet, but I'm very excited about it. We plan on doing many more projects with Home Depot. Home Depot stands behind their work. No dealing with Johnny-lunch-bucket contractors that may rip you off. Have bought major appliances, tools, countless things. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
