The associate in the paint department was very knowledgeable and very helpful in finding us the perfect paint for our applications and keeping us within our budget and finding the right color match.

The Belleville Home Depot is an ok store if you are looking for items that are common place. If you are looking for something a bit more specialized, this is not the store to find it. Overall, the floor staff are friendly and helpful. However, the cashiers appear to be unknowlegable and sometimes rude. This is a good in/out store.

I'm a single mom remodeling my very old home by myself. I can't afford contractors, so it is always so nice to find associates that are willing to take the time to explain how things work and how to put things together! haha. I'm always meeting friendly new faces, and I'm there so often, they all know me too!

After buying ur home, at east 90% of the tools, gardening supplied, paint have been purchased at home depot. When we go into the store we have have no troube finding what we need to complete a project. Of course, theres time we need an associate to answer our questions, which they do or they will find someone to help. Shopping here haws alwaya been a pleasant experience.

had a great experence with the people working at the home depot in belleville, Illinois havent had much experence doing yard work normally done by my husband. the people at the home depot walked my through my problems gave me dirredtion and even offered more help if needed with a simple phone call.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with all my past shopping experiences at The Belleville Commons Home Depot. I would gladly recommend that store to anyone anytime.

every one was so nice . three people ask if i needed help finding anything. the store was clean, and isles where clear ,i had no trouble finding my stuff. i was in an out fast. thank you.

Needed furnace filters, stain, & yard sign sticks for my husband's golf clinic. Found everything easily after asking an associate. Stain was tinted & mixed quickly while I waited.

We do prefer Home Depot to Lowes...The prices are usually better.

While at thhe store the cashiers and worklers were very helpful although I fouond that you do not carry several items that are listed on your website.

Only needed four items, stopped at Lowes first. Search for 30 minutes, only found one thing. Went to Home Depot at Belleville Crossing, and found the other three items in 15 minutes or less. Your store was must layed out much better than Lowes, the aisles were clearly marked and clean! When an associate noticed my confused look, he asked if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for, and he walked me directly to it. I'll never step foot in Lowes again!

Came to Home Depot late in my lunch hour. Needed to pick up some herbicide. Associate Crystal went out of her way to guide me to my needs in a cheerful & friendly way that got me in & out quickly.

The store associates at this store are very knowledgable and helpful. I went in one day to look for items to upgrade my kitchen and I left with some tile backsplash and advice on how to install it myself. I never thought I would be able to so this sort of thing myself but the store associate talked me though it and gave me a link to a video on the Home Depot website that was a very helpful reference. I successfully installed the backsplash and it looks professionally done.
