Ladies, Single Mom's or ANY First Time Buyers.....If you're shopping for a new lawn mower and you don't know anything about Lawn Mowers???... Steve is your guy!!!!!!!!

Employees here went beyond what they had to do. John from paint, and Eugene loaded a 7 person patio set onto a wagon, and brought it out of the store and loaded it into my car without being asked. Bravo for those guys.

I have been shopping here since this store opened. Of all the Home Depot's I found it to be the best overall, It's some distance from where I live but it's usually been worth the extra miles. Employees are great IF you can find the right one you need who knows what they are doing.

Store atmosphere has definitely changed in recent years. Most managers aren't too friendly towards customers or their own associates. A displeasing thing to know. Customer service desk is always speedy and helpful though and I must say this store is always clean and usually have what i need in stock.

All Home Depot management personnel are the same. They are all trained to not support Veterans other than disabled Vets. It aggravates me tremendously that this organization would try to market support of Veterans and don't support all who served. ALL GAVE SOME, AND SOME GAVE ALL. We all served for God and Country and Home Depot doesn't respect us for that. I am not happy with home depot at all. I don't shop at Home Depot any more because they don't respect Veterans and the disrespect they've shown me as a Vietnam Era Veteran has angered me to no end. The only reason I stopped there today is because it was on my way home and I needed these parts.

It is the best store in the chain. Employees in this store do not run and ignore you, they come right to you and offer invaluable advise. The store manager should also be commended for motivating everyone.

New managers are rude and do not have people skills that are required to be in a management position. Employee's mood show it.

I come to this store a lot. For the most part, the associates provide great customer service. However, there are people in power who should not be. Associates are great, managers and supervisors not so much.

Will be shopping there again and again.

1/13/17 Bellport NY Store: After my visit to this store I called Manager Denise to let her know what a fantastic staff she has. I was greeted by Jerry at to the front door to see what we can be helped with. In floor tile Jonathan was beyond helpful. A young lady helped me with questions I had for Toilets for Handicapped persons and the Cashier Desiree was an absolute pleasure. I own and run a business for 37 years and know what good service and help is. Your Bellport store was Clean, Well Stocked and a pleasure to shop in. Thank You I went to another home depot after this one and was very dismayed on the service (none) and shelves empty and dirty. Love your Bellport store

I had an extremely puzzling project and George asked if he could help me. He used his obvious extensive knowledge and he came up with perfect answer. I came home did what he suggested and voila done and fixed. Thank you George Everyone in this store is great. I could shop at at a closer store but I always go here. Keep up the good work

The staff goes above and beyond to help you. I will definitely be back to this store instead of the one closer to me. It is worth the extra 10 minute drive.

From the greeting I got when I walked in, to the extra help I got finding and loading the product, to the quick and easy check out, this was one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had at a home improvement center.

I was very pleased by the help I received from the greeting person at the entrance of the store. He took the time to check whether the item I was looking for was in inventory in that particular store and where it was located. The customer service person was also very nice also to write a Customer Pickup/Will Call Special invoice

I was pleasantly surprised by the help I received in the paint department. I was looking at stains and kind of felt out of my element. I have not taken on a project like that in a while. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel a lot better. And he did not act like i was bothering him...which you often feel like you are sometimes. He did not make me feel that way at all. I just wish I could remember the nice man's name. I hope they have other people in there like that. On the plus side the cashier was nice too! Good job Home Depot. The only thing I hope is that they keep their employees happy.

most of the time this stores' employees are the friendliest and most helpful ,the store is clean ,most of the workers know where stuff is ,you can always get a smile and a hello I like this store the best
