Store very clean. Very friendly place to shop. Associates always ready to help you.

Very dangerous parking situation at this location. Customers are constantly pre-occupied walking to and from store.Very difficult to get in and out of parking area to main street. Traffic is usually heavy. It would help to have one person regulating traffic in the lot.Maybe flashing sign as people exit store without even looking. I have seen many near missed accidents.

I love this store! I know where everything is and the people are friendly.

I always have positive experiences shopping in #2509 Home Depot. The staff offer professionally friendly service. Again, they go the extra mile to assist.

This store is clean, neat, and generally always stocked. (5 Stars) I go to this location regularly due to its convenient location, and so another 5 Stars are for this factor as well. As a contractor I realized long time ago that buying cabinets through Home Depot has many advantages. I had 90 days to check and/return any damaged cabinets. This made organizing the schedules of my projects simpler. Designers and the rest of the Staff are very well organized and professional. The results are very satisfying.

I have been shopping at the Bethesda Home Depot for decades. The store is well run with friendly and somewhat knowledgeable staff. Shelves are reasonably well-stocked and orderly. The one down side is the parking lot, which is overstuffed and underdesigned.

Store 2509 is just replete with great employees -- polite, knowledgeable, patient, respectful, and understanding that we their customers cannot be expert in absolutely everything about all the things sold in Home Depot shelves As an example: I'm close to zero on plumbing, only approach it for the very simplest of problems. On the other hand, electricity is "my thing." I know and understand the technology, how to work with it, and have successfully pulled several of my own permits from my county's inspection department and been uniformly praised by my inspectors for my excellent and workman-like achievements in planning and executing wiring projects. Several store 2509 employees, probably "moonlighting" electricians, have assisted in the past with great results. 110% good place!

I just finished reading the rules after I entered the contest and find that the contest ended February the 3rd, 2019. I entered on February the 9th.which was too late. Why wasn't this cancelled on my receipt rather than making me fill out the contest application. This has happened before when I have a Sweepstakes.

Our most recent visit to Home Depot in Bethesda was wonderful! I had questions regarding the watering practices of some of the plants and Deborah, a store clerk, was not only extremely helpful but she took us to the checkout area and immediately go us on our way! What terrific customer service!!!

Repeatedly this store has shown it is striving to be the best. Employees are outgoing and well informed. It has an extensive inventory and is well maintained.

I have been in this specific Home Depot store many times, as a long time resident of Chevy Chase/Bethesda MD. I have also been in other Home Depot stores in Maryland north of D.C. This store is in an ideal location, being next to Westfield's Montgomery Mall, in Bethesda, Montgomery County and one of the very best shopping malls in Maryland and just north of the District of Columbia. I believe this Bethesda MD location is a relatively smaller Home Depot location by comparison to other Home Depot stores I have visited in Maryland and also in West Palm Beach, FL. In this Bethesda MD store, I found the products (refrigerators) for which I was looking very easily. I immediately got the assistance of the top person (Frank Rexach) in the home appliances/refrigerators department. The store was very clean. Other associates with whom I spoke in other aisles in the store, after finishing the purchase transaction with Mr. Rexach, were very friendly, and also very helpful in directing me to other products in which I was interested. For brief background, I am an attorney. This Home Depot store in Bethesda MD must be one of your best, even if it may be a relatively smaller one.

The store employees are very friendly and helpful. They seem to try to make your experience a good one. The check out clerk was amazingly good natured, friendly. stepped out into the isle as I neared the counter to offer me help for checking out; was fast and thorough. Most HD stores have good employees. We all have our days of course but most of them from Home Depots side seem good. K from Kensingtin, MD
