Great store and the people are nice, friendly and very helpful. We go there and shop quit often. They always seem to have what we are looking for.

This store is always packed. The service is great. Products are plenty. The store is ALWAYS clean. I enjoy strolling through, seeing what's new or even on sale.

Annette was our cashier today and she was super helpful. She explained about my email and receiving the receipt electronically which would help if I didn't keep my receipt. She also asked about what product we were working on at home which is made it seem more personable.

A very pleasant experience for such a big store. Everyone was ready to help me find what I was looking for.

I shop for all my home improvement needs at this store. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The prices are always fair. And they almost always have what I am looking for.

Our local Home Depot is wonderful!!! Products are in stock and the associates are friendly and helpful. Today we purchased a washer and the associate that help us was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and made our purchase easy !!! People like her are the reason Home Depot is “my store” !!!

Thank you for providing free masks for those customers that forgot their masks at home. I felt very sure that I didn't catch any virus' while shopping there. If I didn't live so far away, I'd drive over there all the time!

Always helpful and knowledgeable associates. When I'm walking around the store looking confused they take notice and ask if they can help.

I highly recommend this particular home improvement location for several reasons. A. They offer a military discount without you first having to complete online proof of your service - simply showing your federal ID is sufficient. B. The employees all appear to know where to find everything in the store. C. The cutting service for wood projects and pipe is very convenient and free, unlike similar home improvement stores. D. Their lumber is stacked in the store; you, and often a helpful employee, simply pull what you need from neat, easy to reach stacks on shelves. You do not pay for the lumber then drive out into the lumber yard where you have to dig through piles of wood to find useable pieces.

This is the GO TO for anything you might need ! Always someone to help you / costs are low / store is clean / very friendly / they know where everything is ! love this place to shop , you would too !

People are friendly, for the most part no long waiting times, my favorite department is in garden, I know if I can’t find something the employees with take time to talk about the product, actually walk me to the location it is -instead of just saying it over there.

Phone system to connect with salespeople was completely unsatisfactory. The staff themselves were very helpful, but I had to drive 70 miles to complete a purchase in person. No sanitizer wipes available for customers to use, ie to wipe hands / carts. No green treat 2 x 6 in 6' or 8' in the store. Poor.

Needed a beefier screen door with kids. Went to doors and Lee helped by listening to my problem with ones I had purchased in past and Lee helped pick a screen door out that made sure it was what I wanted. He got a cart loaded it for me and explained the ez of installation compared to mine in past which he was spot on. Laurie checked me out was super friendly and got me thru check out quickly great store employees that take care of us!

Went back top the store and the Assistant Manger Stephen fixed the issue. Refunded the double charge to my card. Very happy vs previous visit (rant)

Bad day at the Depot. Checked out and was charged $638.27. I questioned the cost of the Nest Protect smoke detectors. Bought 1 wired and 1 battery. The shelf said $99 but was charged $129.99. Cashier asked if I could double check. So I walked to the back of the store and took a picture of the "$99.99 was $129.99" price tag on both the wired and battery Nest smoke detector. Returned to check out line and showed here the picture and she & the supervisor agreed to charge me what was on the shelf. During this, the transaction timed out so she rescanned everything and gave me the correct price on the Next detectors. a total of $554.13.(still off but closer to what the final price should have been) Both charges showed up on my account and am in the middle of disputing trying to get the original $638.27 off my account, but that's not even why I'm writing. People make mistakes. I returned home to see they gave me 2 wired Nest Protects even though the receipt said I was charged for 1 wired and 1 battery. So back I went to customer service. Explained to her the issue and I needed to swap a wired one, for a battery powered one. She said she could not do that and needed to return the wired Nest, and sell me the correct battery powered one. I told her and her supervisor that the receipt was correct, and by doing a return it would not come out correctly. After multiple times of trying to explain to them she went ahead and returned the Wired Nest Protect (@ $99.99) and sold me a battery powered Nest of course at $129.99, tried explaining that too and went nowhere. Now I have the receipts to show her that what she did was indeed sell me 2 battery operated Nest Protects when actually I have 1 battery and 1 wired. So my receipts show I own 2 battery powered Nest protects and their inventory shows they have 2 wired Nest Protects, all which is wrong. After an hour I was exhausted, and defeated. I gave up. Tired now from writing this as well. So here I sit with a wired Nest protect that I have no proof that I own if I were ever to need it. Oh, and I'm still on the hook for the original charge of $638.27 of which I was told I was not charged. I guess I just don't get it....

It's a typical home supply store except for the associates. Laure is always great. Chris was friendly and efficient.

This store was clean and had all of the products I was looking for. The checkout gal was very sweet and helpful.

Just want to give a shout out to Fallon in customer service. Very helpful and nice. I was able to find everything I needed.

The employees and management of this store have always been customer focused. I've been coming to this store for over 5 years now and have yet to have a bad experience.

Unreliable online ordering! Package arrived but parts were missing!! Had to go to the store to return it. Their commercials advertise safety ordering on line.

I am happy to shop at Home Depot. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable in their departments, if not my department they get the person from that department. They helped me find what I needed in plumbing and landscaping. I am grateful they help me load the heavy stuff. They are gracious and efficient about returns.
