I went to "Customer Service" and asked the red curly haired woman about the product that was listed as 10 in stock and explained that there was none in that location. She was not that interested or friendly, but said that she would call someone. I waited at least 15 minutes and nobody came. The store was not that busy and there were several associates walking around talking with each other mostly. After I gave up on the false hope of the assistance I was told I would receive and I went walking around searching for something that would work. As I was in the paint department, Associate Cayden asked me, "Are you finding everything okay, Sir?" I thanked him for asking and explained what I was looking for. He took time to ask me and then took his time to walk halfway across the store to search for the product with me. Cayden even left the aisle and pulled a ladder into the aisle to look above the stock for possible hidden backstock. We could not find what I needed, but he and I discussed what might work and I left with something that should work. I want to recognize Cayden for being the real customer service superstar and taking true interest in helping people with great interest and enthusiasm. Thank you, Cayden, for turning my experience around from terrible to not soo bad. Cayden is a rockstar and should be commended for his professional hard work and true interest in making someone's day and experience top notch.

One employee thought it was a joke making us wait to gain access to aisle even after forklift was done. When I expressed my frustration he put the chain back on the barrier and walked away. They say one bad apple.....

Recently bought a "lemon" GE fridge from the Bonney Lake Home Depot, after contacting GE and them trying to fix it 5 times, I reached out to the Attorney General's office for help. GE never helped, but HD gave me a full purchase price credit toward a new fridge....it ISN'T a GE!!!

Very pleased with the level of expertise that Laurie had regarded our purchase of a new fridge. She offered several options on how to save money and get the appliance that was perfect for our needs.

The store seems generally well stocked of all items I need, unlike the other box store competitor up on the hill. Always able to get good help as well. My go-to hardware store

Bought a portable air conditioner and was able to save $$ by signing up for the Home Depot card. I shop here a lot so it will be useful. All the employees are friendly and helpful.

Dead plants everywhere at normal price

Employees are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I have been provided with great information and advice. It is nice to know that Employees are knowledgeable. I have a lot of projects to complete and home depot is my go to store. I was in retail for 25 years and I know that Bonney lake home depot is well managed and I also know that it is quite easy to get a black eye. Customers are very demanding and we all make mistakes. Thanks for a great shopping experience.

Do not go here for your new bathroom counter -- so many errors made and a lot in extra cost. We purchased two sinks, but they only charged us for one disconnect/reconnect, they "forgot" to add the backsplash, used the wrong estimates for undermount sick and holes for the faucets and generally got so much wrong. It ended up costing us $500 to fix!

I used to Love this Store when it first opened, and I did for along time. We had moved out of B.L. FOR a few years and are back now but OF COURSE They had to change and are not carrying ALL THE Tool's and made it Harder to get Around Them, Also Beware if it's on a WEEK END YOU'LL HAVE TO HAVE PATIENTS NOT ENOUGH CHECKERS WORKING

I BOUGHT A NEW REFRIDGERATOR LAST NOVEMBER,AND THEY TRIED TO DELIVER A DAMAGED FREEZER,AND ON THE NEXT DELIVERY ATTEMPT THEY TRIED TO DELIVER ANOTHER REFRIGERATOR THAT THEY ALREADY DELIVERED,AND THEY OVERCHARGED ME $200.00.
