YBH has to say it is not always the fact that the store is virtually spotless, and the inventory is always full, but rather the shopping experience that we receive from the Bonney Lake Home Depot Associates! The associates communicate with us, they seem to always know or current jobs, and this added care works for both sides! Thank you Phil for maintaining your associates level of knowledge and caring!

We always shop at Home Depot and no other Hardware/Home Improvement stores. The staff are friendly, very helpful and have great attitudes. No reason to shop anywhere else!

Big Shoutout to Brandon in lumber! he helped me after hours get the bricks I needed to complete my project, Thank you Brandon, the woman who ket me in after closing, & the cashier who chatted with me while they grabbed my bricks, this was customer service at its finest!

The store is clean and the employees are helpful and friendly. It’s my favorite toy store.

I like the store, I shop there often. My only complaint is that it is often difficult to find an employee that knows the product locations in the store.

Our stove died so we headed to the Home Depot in Bonney Lake. The sales associate that assisted us was excellent. She was knowledgeable and very personable! We left feeling very good about our purchases. Don't hesitate to purchase your appliances from this store.

Clean shopping and great customer service

As a new home owner I'm making plenty of runs to the Home Depot. I've searched for items at several other stores and at this Home Depot they have typically had them, and when they didn't they offered to order it and got it to me quickly. The employees have been friendly, and courteous to this novice DIY-er. I'm not handy at all and am learning as I go. They've been awesome and taught me some tricks to avoid errors that could be costly later (or just cause something to not look nice).

Since the store installed their self checkout stands and basically eliminated employee checkout stands you might want to rethink your visit. I have attempted using the self check option and on about half of the occasions the option to pay with cash was not available. I don't think a $2 purchase should require using a debit or credit card.

I find that the employees are friendly and will approach me to ask if I need assistance or if they can help me find something. I don't have to go searching for help. I also find that the selection of products is better and more diverse than at other stores. Their pricing is better or even compatible with other stores and the location is close to where I live. I have found that there is another store closer to where I live but the customer service is not what I would expect and so I drive the few extra miles to the Home Depot. I've never once been disappointed in their service, selection, or pricing.

I've been living in Bonney lake now for fifteen years. I remember when this store was built. Everytime I visit, I'm never disappointed! Everyone is very knowledgeable about their area! Also VERY Friendly!! I love this store!! I'm sure when I remodel my house this is where I will get my material! Sincerely Gary Nielsen .
