Not nice people

The employees are always super helpful, even when the store is very busy. The store is clean and well stocked. Plant selection is great, and the plant warranty is a nice addition.

An employee named Chase was super helpful and deserves a raise when comes due.

The store was clean the shelves are pretty well stocked. The associates once asked for help are extremely helpful, they will walk you to the isle or bay if need be.The parking can get cramped but over all easy to get into and out of when driving. The auto check out is a cool new feature.

This store is always clean, well lit, and very user friendly with the way the product selections are situated in relation to each other. The staff is clean, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about their products and services.

Always seem to have what I need at competitive prices. This store has some very kind people working there who are eager to help me find what I need. Definitely my go-to store to get my projects done.

Employee's were very helpful and took me directly to all the items I was looking for and asked me if I needed further assistance. The cashier forgot to give me one of my bags that contained a couple small items and when I called the store and explained that I lived about an hour from their store they were kind enough to credit my account over the phone for these items and send me an email receipt. I highly recommend this Bonney Lake Home Depot.

I have shopped at three of your stores and have determined that your Bonney Lake store is superior to the others. The employees all seem happy and motivated creating a pleasurable shopping experience. This would indicate that management is doing an excellent job. My dealings with your manager, Brandon, reinforces my opinion. His attention to details, follow up on commitments and even helps working out on the floor with his staff proves my point. I have been a contractor for 55 years and having a manager like Brandon with his dedication is like finding Gold in the Desert. Based on your review guidelines all answers are in the affirmative.
