The employees at this store are very helpful and knowledgeable!

My experience in the past at this store has, at a minimum, been frustrating ending in multiple trips back due to lack of knowledge by employees. Out of reluctant convenience I stopped for a couple plumbing parts and was pleasantly surprised. More employees like Chris in plumbing is exactly what this store needed.

Always a pleasure to shop this store. Helpful staff when I need them and (usually) well stocked shelves although items the website says are in stock are often out-of-stock when we arrive!

Recently moving to this area, we found this HD well organized, better stocked than others, and friendly helpful employees

The assistance with product selection was detailed and very helpful.

Every time I come to shop, I am met with pleasant and helpful staff. I have relied on their experience and recommendations for all my projects. I know that the store will do what ever is necessary to meet my expectations. This store gets my trust and respect.

Had a hard time finding an employee! When I finally did, I was told there was nobody in the store that had ANY knowledge or experience with door hardware!

Like to do online ordering but this isn't the first time I have had a problem. Usually 5-7 people there with 1 person working.

The bricks were fully stocked and the employees cheerfully loaded our truck for us. Attitude is everything! We are so fortunate having such a great Home Depot nearby.

From ordering flooring to the installation to the return of surplus materials, all the employees and installers were first-rate and professional.

Attentive employees. The store is well stocked and has lots of variety. Floorplan is easy to navigate and their store is clean. All-in-all, bravo Bonney Lake!

Be prepared to stand in line for an extraordinary long time as only one checker is on duty. I try not to comment on these things but customer service doesn’t seem to be a priority.

We arrived and immediately went to look at the tool box combos. We found one and I took a picture of the tag. We showed this to the cashier who struggled to find it on her phone to ring up even though I clearly had the code for her on my phone. (I worked retail for 10 years and have been in customer service even longer). She finally found it, rang us up, circled the survey then told us to have a nice day. We looked at her puzzled and asked where we get the toolbox from. She said “I don’t know.” After pressing her a little and asking who we can find that could help us she finally said to go to customer service. We went over there and asked where to get the toolbox after explaining what happened. She was also confused and called someone else in the store. They sent us back to the toolboxes and proceeded to tell us there should be one in stock but they weren’t positive where. After struggling to figure out which toolbox we purchased someone went to the back and finally came back to say the 1 box that was up there that said 2/2 and the display is all they have. We decided to exchange for the larger toolbox instead which cost double what the original did. We arrived back to the toolboxes and the 2 employees struggled for about 5 minutes to load the 2 boxes on carts. We went outside to my truck and they then recruited someone else to help. He realized getting the lift would be smarter and the transaction was finally complete after about 30 minutes from start to finish. Due to the location of this store I will continue shopping here but any large purchases I make in the future will either be at a different store or online. This experience was horrendous and some major training needs to happen all around. I’ve always had good experiences here with Class A friendliness but this basically undid all of that in one fell swoop.

If you are looking for new flooring, see Ron, Wednesdays through Sundays. If he is not on duty, don't bother. The others don't seem to care why you are there, what you are looking for, and if you approach them, they have no information to share.

Talk about a great change at this Home Depot store in Bonney Lake! Staff were kind, helpful and acted like they appreciated us shopping there!

This is a quality hardware store that I have shopped in many locations in Wa state.

as far as im cocerned the service is excelent and they are doing a fine job with cleanliness' throughout the entire store as far as the whole covid thing goes

The paint person threw away my paint card after filling my order, then left for lunch. I came to pick up the paint a few minutes after. I dont recall any paint person ever throwing out the paint card as it is supposed to be used to ensure the paint color was correct, confirming with the customer. The 2nd paint person said they always throw the card away and didnt want to go through the trash to look for it for me. I stated this is not normal and I needed the card so that I could get the lighter and darker shades of paint on the card at a later date. I explained what the card looked like and after kind of picking through the top of the trash, she said she couldnt find it, turned away and laughed about with another customer standing waiting for help. VERY RUDE. I did mention my experience to the cashier and she suggested I fill out the survey. I usually have a good experience in this store!

I love this Store because of the employees! You are definitely doing something right, the employees are the reason we keep coming back instead of going somewhere else.

Paul in appliances was awesome. Enjoyed working with him, for a second time. He went above and beyond and found what we needed. Always enjoy shopping at Home Depot. Keep up the great customer service.

I will always go to Home Depot instead of Lowe’s just because the employees there are super friendly and knowledgeable. I had to buy all new kitchen appliances and they helped me make the best choices for the best prices

The store is clean and stocked to best of their abilities. They maintain good covid protocols. With lack of resources due to covid they still do their best to make sure that their shelves are stocked. The staff is great and that's why I return!!!

I'm sure it was a bad day and bad luck but OMG...I had to wait over 3 hours (ZERO EXAGERATION) to Will Call my 1150sqft of Vinyl Plank Flooring @ just over $3900.00. Then the Customer Service Associate took 45 minutes figuring out the paperwork discrepancy. I was so upset I asked for a discount and they did give me 10% off...I was pretty stressed out when I finally left.

I love the layout of this store and the prices. Love that the online website tells you what row to find item in when you go to the store. Store is very clean. Cashiers are always very friendly and helpful. Sometimes more clerks to help you find items to go with your purchase that you may need would be helpful. Or perhaps a button on each row you could push to summon help to that row, like some other stores have. Would really help, especially if you are disabled and it is hard to chase down a clerk. It is also very close to my home which is great. And late open hours even on Sunday. Love that.
