What an amazing place. So impressed by the level of professionalism and customer service carried out by many people in this store that it will pull me away from my local Home Depot which is much closer. There is a difference and sometimes you need to experience that first-hand to know. When you come to management with special circumstances or a situation it's nice to know they have an open ear and are very empathetic to the customers needs. Huge kudos to Dan and Connor and another sales associate that I apologize the name escapes me for going above and beyond for the customer and making my Thanksgiving! 10/10...will shop again

Best Home Depot I’ve ever stepped foot into. The employees are incredibly kind and helpful. One of the workers pushed the cart for me and loaded the items I needed...because I had a stroller with my boys in it. Another worker helped me get my stroller into my vehicle...because he noticed I was struggling a little. Incredible employees that truly value their customers!

This Home Depot has the most helpful employees I've ever come across especially when it comes to the plumbing department. They are knowledgeable about the products and can give great advise or find someone else within the store that can offer it. The value they have brought to me over the past year has saved me $100's of dollars and hours of time.

For the most part the employees are friendly, however not all service employees are willing to help out a customer 50% of the time. It’s a flip of the coin and I visit this store a number of times a day. When someone goes out of their way, believe me it’s noticed.

We own a family owned concrete business. We use the Home Depot for quality tools and materials. The store is well stocked and the employees are very friendly and helpful. The Burnsville Home Depot location represents a clean well organized environment with high quality staff.

Love this location! I regularly purchase my building materials here and have been routinely approached by friendly store staff asking if they can help in any way. During the occasions I am in need of assistance I have found the staff to be knowledgeable and professional. The store is clean, well organized, and I am always able to locate and purchase every thing I need from tools to high quality materials.

friendly staff; very safety conscious

Everything is fine about this store, personnel know their products, however I wish they would stop having solicitations within the store. Its bothersome and a waste of time. If I need a new furnace, I will contact a heating and air specialist. I am not going to buy one because someone is wandering around the store asking me how old my furnace is when I am trying to find pipe clamps.
