I used to go to this store if I don’t find the product in the store that is next to me.

All personel alway's are with positive actitud, the go to extra mile to serve you

They have the bad habit of placing merchandise on the isles which makes walking thru the store and maintain distance impossible. On the other hand, they have a very good checkout organization. I guess that the person in charge of check-outs should teach the guys placing palets in the middle of the isles!

In this store you can find everything you are looking for and the prices are very affordable. I love Home Depot.

Most of the Products are available, store is clean and associates are most of them friendly and polite.

My 1 complaint,sorry to say is lines are way too long to pay.Had to leave 3 items(128.00) because line had to be at least 40-50.At 72 years old cant be waiting on such a long line

Overall experience at Home Depot was great. I found everything I needed.

Plumbing and electricity department lack a good inventory.

Everything was safe and on place

good dustancing practices during the pandemic, well stock ,friendly and helpful employees.

Store is so well organized and associates are always and eager to help customers. Store was clean. And....with covid-19 scenario ...they are making sure that everyone wears a mask!

During Covid times, the company needs to communicate their protocols. There isn't a Home Depot Facebook page in Puerto Rico and it's not easy to know the new protocols in terms of lines, appointments, etc.

I found the products by myself, not assistance required. They enforce the security of the visits when they use the forklift in the aisles.
