The store was neat and everyone was nice. I don’t come here often. My dad LOVES Home Depot and that’s the only reason I entered the survey thing because my dad would die if we got a gift card like that. We would be able to finish my parents house! Lol. I was shopping in the garden section of the store. As I was checking out the cashier, Kelly, pointed out there was a better price option for something I was purchasing. I appreciated her noticing and taking the time to help me save some money on the product. It was a refreshing change.

This store is Amazing!!!! Everytime I have come here to get flowers and potting soil and misc items for my yard I have not been disappointed....especially when it comes to checking out in the garden section both times in the past week I have had the best experience with the cashiers....especially Kelly she was fun to talk to and went out of her way to help with my flowers I ordered....instead of the flowers falling over and dirt going everywhere she found some extra containers laying around and put my flowers in them and they where easier to transport to the trunk of my car.

Very friendly and personable employees eager to help you. Would definitely recommend this Home Depot on that alone! Well done!

I returned two items. One was an online purchase that I did not have the receipt for. The young lady cheerfully and willingly looked in her computer setup and found the receipt for it and promptly gave me a refund for both items. What impressed me most was her great attitude.

Employees are rude. They don't offer help and when they do they refuse service due to "personal reasons."

Javier was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Javier provided First Class customer service.

Each visit I have made to Home Depot has always resulted in a very pleasant, successful shopping experience. I contribute this to their conscientious, caring, profession employees. The guys/gals in the orange vests have always gone above and beyond to help me in my quest to find products I can't seem to locate. I am so grateful. They have gone out of their way to take me, rather than just tell me, where my item should be. This truly is helpful and saves me time. Also, the store is always clean and stocked very neatly. I makes items more accessible from a shopper's view. Thanks, Home Depot! I, for one, appreciate you all.

I went to purchase screws, gorilla glue, wood and gravel. When I returned home my receipt was for two boxes of screws which I only bought one and wasn't charged for the glue. The difference was a few dollars more but I live to far to go back

The Cartersville store is always super clean. Well stocked and they have a lot of friendly associates to help you.

Spring is here and I'm back!!! All my peeps at the Cartersville Home Depot, once again, made my shopping experience a good one! Thanks to Alice and Telisa in customer service, Jeffery in the nursery and Jon Allen for being so helpful and pleasant.

I WANT TO COMMEND TWO PARTICULAR ASSOCIATES ON THEIR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. BOTH MARTHA AND HEATHER WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP US FIND A PARTICULAR TOOL THAT WE NEEDED TO COMPLETE A PROJECT. IF NOT FOR THEM WE WOULD HAVE HAD TO WAIT AN EXTRA WEEK WAITING ON ONE TO SHIP BUT THEY SEARCHED HIGH AND LOW AND USED ALL THE MAGIC TO FIND ONE HIDING IN THIS STORE!! SO THANKFUL!!

Should demand that masks are worn. Refuse entry and people will get point. I wear my mask to protect them and would like them to wear one to protect me from them.

I cannot say enough about Darlene. It was interesting that two years ago I bought a washer and dryer and she was the sales person and was fantastic then. Now I am buying cabinets and she was fantastic again!!! you should give here a raise :)
