My visit to Home Depot was amazing. Two employees assisted me with packing and shipping items. Sherry and Manny were courteous and knowledgeable about the product. One item specifically was not on the shelf but the inventory showed the item was in the store. The employees found the item by checking the system. I did not have to drive to another HD to purchase any items.Thanks to Sherry and Manny my visit was exceptional!

If I could give this store location negative infinity stars I would. Worst staff I have ever experienced in the world. Ghetto, lazy, bad attitudes. Would avoid this store with a passion.

I love Home Depot and I love this store, however they do not have adequate staff to assist you in a timely manner. You have to practically hunt people down to assist you. The paint department is the best, they are always available and eager to assist you.

I like the cashiers /get you in and out. The store is clean and organize.I can find what I need.

The associate Byron that works in the Door department was very very helpful and he gave us great information on things that can be done to the door. Very informative and friendly

Angela in the plant Department was very informative and helpful finding the plants I needed and also helped me to Bargain shop :-).

The quality paint & customer service is truly appreciated.

Lorenzo helped with my online order although you did not have my item he made a suggestion and I purchased the item suggested and it was perfect for what i was looking for.

Store was clean and neat. Ken was very helpful but they need more employees on the floor.

My overall rating for the cascade store location would be 5 excellent only because of my shopping experience. The people are kind and very helpful. Once I stop shopping at the Cascade location due to poor help and attitude years ago. Upon my return 7 years back the customer service has improve tremendously. I now once again enjoy my shopping experiences with the Cascade location. thank you cascade people for all your help and kindness. Most of all Mrs. Stephanie keep up the good work (great customer service).

The folks at the cascade store were polite, professional, and made the experience a joy. Shout out to Antez who proactively and kindly assisted me. He’s my personal employee of the month!

Number of in isle employees seem low.

Products are easy to find. The staff is generally friendly. The parking lot could use additional cleaning.

THE CASHIER WAS VERY FRIENDLY

I truly appreciated the level of professionalism and care for customers , especially those who are inquisitive. The manager, Luke was very accessible and willing to assist customers. Everytime I come, I appreciate how Ro goes above and beyond to assist. He is helping out of a genuine place and is always pleasant!

PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY. STORE WAS WELL STOCK AND HAVE ABLE MANPOWER TO DO A NICE JOB. HAVE SELF CHECKOUT AND CASHIERS IN THE STORE.

This is not a perfect store, but I do get some very good customer service, and there are some very good people that work at this store.

This is a great store and very close to home. They always have what I need and the employee are very helpful.

Weekends are for projects in my households. I needed plywood cut and the saw was down. I was advised that it’s down every weekend. What’s the point of going to your local DIY store if they can’t assist me in my project?

The parking lot was strewn with litter. The isles over in Building Materials were covered in various debris including sheetrock dust, concrete dust, mortar, and sand. Those floors didn't appear to have been cleaned in a week or so. Merchandise was thrown on the shelves haphazardly. Random merchandise from other departments and litter could be seen on various shelves. There needs to be more pride taken in the overall appearance of the store and property. I've shopped at dozens of Home Depot stores and this was by far the most filthy store I've ever seen. Clean it up people! On a positive note, the cashier was friendly. I did ask an associate for help after standing by and waiting for one associate to stop talking to another associate. Neither associate knew where corrugated roof panels were located and a third associate did not know either. They were all working in the building materials side of the store.

I would like to say that the employee's at this location are very helpful and courteous, and if they don't have what you need they will ordered it to that location.Good customer service.

Jerome is a Customer Care Ambassador; the epidomy of patience and the ultimate example of leadership in providing the best in-store customer experience. The Home Depot on-boarding process should include video of Jerome demonstrating genuine customer care techniques. Staff should pass and demonstrate this training and not be allowed on the retail floor until this process is completed and fully embraced.

I have shopped here for many years and they pretty much carry the products I need. A number of the workers know me and we're on a first name basis, I like that. The store is convenient, sometimes I have to go to the Cumberland store because I wish they had a better selection in the light fixture department. Otherwise I'm happy with my neighborhood store.

Overall it was good, there are some very good employees at this store I do no half to go to the north side to get good customer service. yes we can.

This is a busy store that tries to accommodate everyone. The staff is patient with you (because sometimes we do not know exactly what it is called). They treat you well.

The cashiers in the garden area are very friendly and helpful

I work near the store so I am often in the store to purchase all kind of things. Most of the time I know where to find what I am looking for. If I can't find what I am looking for, it is sometimes difficult to find someone that can help. Therefore I gave 4 stars instead of 5. My experience is that the workers always treat me kind.
