I moved to the Cascades in 2002 right out of college (Emory University). I was a young kid and a buddy and I luckily happened upon a rental. It was soooo awesome! Since then, I’ve lived in Buckhead, Brookhaven and Midtown. When the time came to buy my first home, I was living in a brownstone walk-up in Midtown next to Piedmont Park. And honestly, I wanted to stay...so I looked for opportunities there as well as the Cascades. As my life changed and progressed, I needed a solid area (family oriented, limited homeless, a little more land, pretty trees and well-kept yards) with nearby stores I like and it had to have everything I had become accustomed to living throughout the city (I needed a Home Depot close by). When I compared everything to the Cascades, there was no comparison. It was astonishingly clear. As soon as I moved in, I didnt miss the congestion, the random weird people walking the streets morning/noon/night, the “non-privacy” factor because everything was so compact and small. I cannot underscore enough the fact that I have a Home Depot (among other essential stores) right next door in my neighborhood! As a homeowner, the Home Depot is critical and a much needed resource. Heck, I met Congressman John Lewis there (I was buying a lawn mower) and he’s like the nicest guy ever! He was just picking up some things and we struck up a convo...really down to earth and he loves the Cascades. Having this store so close by is so great because it has allowed me to take excellent care of my home and make my lawn lush and it offers everything I need to maintain and upgrade my home. I’ve lived in the Cascades for nearly 7 years now. The Home Depot was (and still is) the reason I knew I could create the life I’ve always wanted for myself and my family in the Cascades without driving outside the community.

Each time i visit this store for paint or flooring, the staff is oh so helpful. My last visit for floor underlay was an awesome experience thanks to Gregg! He didn't just tell me what isle to locate it. He walked my over and explained my options based on the floor I was installing. Very knowledge.

This Home Depot store will assist you with the smallest of jobs to a total home remodel project. The management and all of the employees at the store work diligently to make sure that you get what you need to complete your projects.

This store could be better if they made sure that the people whom have been assigned to the department ile is actually there or assign more people to help the coustomer. The cashiers are the only ones to be found and I was told by a few that they are not allowed to leave to help a coustomer .

Even though this store is one of the busiest Home Depot stores in the Atlanta area, the staff and the management always go out of their way to make sure the customers leave satisfied with their shopping experience. I would definitely recommend this store to customers.

I have never received mediocre customer service at this store, the associates are extremely helpful and set the tone of the store. I enjoy shopping at this location because it is convenient to my home and the associates make it a pleasant experience.

Some of the employees in the paint department need more training on proper customer service. Try a little friendliness its not the customers fault you don't like your job.

Bradon is an PHENOMENAL employee at your store would love see more staff like him. Took time out to help me find the item i was looking for i had the wrong store and he assisted me on phone to find the item number and the right location of the store, also he went and located the items and brought them to me i really appreciate his customer service. Being that i'm over fifith did not understand how to find it on my phone. Thank you Bradon Keep up the Good Work.

The Home Depot have lots of helpers---I appreciate that!!! Especially appreciate their service when they run their lawn and garden sale---All I have to do is pay and drive car thru make-shift drive port for mulch and soil, have it loaded and I am on my way. Very good job!!!

This Home Depot is a great place to shop for your home repairing needs. Where you can also receive professional input regardless of the size of your project.

I generally don't have any issues with store cleanliness, or out of stock products. What I do have a problem with, is that I have to initiate a greeting, whether just entering the store, or doing my thing, shopping. Is it that hard to say Hi, hello, come on in, how ya doing, if you need help gimme a yell, do you need help with anything, do you need a buggy or flat cart, your shoes look nice, or anything, that lets me know that the money I spend isn't going to selfish individuals. Of course, it's not all employees, but it's enough of them to make me notice. I complained, recently, with an email to the store manager, with my experiences and I was rewarded with a no response. It's like this, if I go into any business to buy anything, why am I saying thank you to the cashier for taking my hard earned money? Shouldn't I be getting the thanx? So, maybe I'm the dummy to continue to shop there...

The store is always stocked with everything thing I am looking for . The most friendly staff . My favorite cashier that always puts a smile on my face is Debra..... Thank you for a continuous great job.

How can a company with such high standards have a store so far below! Either training is poor or accountability is poor, only management would know! My choices are to spend money to drive to a further Home Depot or find the closest competitor's store. The last time I checked, this is the time of thing that put good companies out of business.
