The only problem with this store is finding someone to help you. They seem to disappear when you come in.

Visited the Home Depot in Christiansburg looking for help and a solution for a specific problem. The staff went out of their way to help. Heath and Daniel both spent time looking online for possible solutions. The store is clean and well stocked. The staff are very helpful and the check out process was quick but Jimmy was very friendly. I appreciate how the staff was so eager to help find a product to solve our problem. I would strongly recommend the Christiansburg, Home Depot.

The store was very neat and clean and the items in the paint department were very easy to find. Everyone was very friendly, courteous and helpful. This is the store I go to for home maintenance materials and fixer-up items. I will visit this store often.

everyone is so friendly and there is always someone in the dept. or area. you never have to hunt someone to help you . i love shopping there. we go weekly. and they offer a free bottle of water when you enter the store. that is so nice and makes you feel really good about shopping there.

Great assistance from the checkout lady in the Garden Center. She went to her phone to find what I was looking for and gave me the Isle and Bin number. She was very courteous.

The store was clean and more than anything there were enough people to help shoppers with their purchases. The most annoying thing for us when shopping stores like the depot and Lowes is needing something and nor having any help.

I purchased a Patio Umbrella and a stand without help because everything was clearly displayed. After setting up the umbrella to the stand I was upset because the stand was substantiated compared to the Patio Umbrella wobbly, leaned the screw easily stripped the threads. My wife was upset with my set up so I called the store to complain but the sales associate was kind and and assured me home depot has the right items needed. Returning to the store I was so pleased with the help from the return counter to Bob in the Patio area to Katelynn at the register. I am proud to display this perfect Patio Umbrella with stand for all to see.

I was greeted at the door and given a cold bottle of water and asked if I needed help finding anything. this is a nice feature for those of us who don't always know where things are located.

We recently visited this store on a Saturday evening near closing time. However, you wouldn't know it was because we received the same service as any other time of day. Everyone was very helpful in each department we visited and went above and beyond to answer our questions and check for inventory. The cashier was also great-making sure we knew how to register our products for warranties, etc.

Departments and products were easy to find. Employees are very nice and helpful. Look forward to my next visit. Will recommend to friends and family.
