Super great store with really great employees!

The Collinsville Home Depot is well-stocked and well-staffed. Finding the items I wanted was easy, the store was orderly and clean. The cashier was friendly and courteous. I did not interact with any other personnel, but I would expect them to be helpful also.

THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. READY TO HELP BUT DON'T BOTHER YOU. VERY CLEAN STORE ALSO.

While shopping at this location I am impressed with the professionalism of all the store workers particularly an employee, I think his name is Trey. This gentleman was the most courteous person I have had the pleasure of dealing with. The store should have more men like him.

The store is fabulous. The staff is friendly, they make sure you are being helped. If they don't know an answer to your question they find someone who does. Prices are fair.

The positive of the store was the employees did offer help and was friendly. Sadly this caused a problem because of the lack of PPE (face masks) worn in the store required by the state. This store has little to no care about safety during this Covid-19 breakout. Most of the employees did not wear masks and half the customers are allowed to shop without masks. the few employees that did and customers did on because they chose too and the management obviously does not care about customer or employee safety. Its hard to feel safe when the employees do not wear proper PPE. I am most thankful for the self checkouts because 100% of all checkout employees did not have any PPE. This needs to be fixed ASAP, start practicing social distancing and proper PPE. I hope things change because I like shopping at this store and now Im afraid to go in this store.

Great Store Friendly employees

Every single associates was beyond helpful, walking me to what I needed loading my purchases onto carts and into my car!! I wish I would have written down names but I give tens across the board to everyone. The kindness and assistance I received was wonderful. I have spent almost $1000 here as oppose to shopping at another store just because of the care I have received. When I walk in they recognize me and say back again and go the distance for me. AMAZING TEAM!!!

I am working in Collinsville on a new project. While I always shop and look for Home Depot stores in the cities where I work, this one was very close to the job so it was so convenient. Not knowing where everything was I had some difficulty finding a few things. One day I was ready to check out and realized I needed 2 cycle oil. I was at the wrong end of the store to pick it up. A lady who was working in the office behind the cashier said she would go get it for me. I was shocked! And she did! It was so nice to see someone so dedicated to customer service. I truly did a appreciate it. Everyone at this store is extremely helpful and pleasant. A great place to shop!

I FOUND THE PROCTS I WAS LOOKING FOR EASILY BE CAUSE OF THE INFORMATIVE SIGNS ABOVE ON EACH LANE AND THE ON -POINT ASSISTANCE OF THE WORKERS. AFTER BEING IN THE STORE FOR 10 MINUTES I WAS GREETED BY FRIENDLY,WELL TRAINED WORKERS WHO KNEW WHERE EVERYTHING WAS... FROM SCOOPS TO NUTS, IMAGINE THAT. THE STORE IS NOT ONLY CLEAN, IT IOS WELL STOCKED AND ORGANIZED AND THEY GIVE EXTRA ATTENTION TO THE ELDERLY LIKE MYSELF...I LOVE THIS PLACE! IF THERE WAS EVER ANY PLACE WHERE THE CUSTOMER WAS RIGHT, IT IS HOME DEPOT. THEY HAVE THEIR OWN WAY OF DECREASING ANXIETY AND TREATING LIKE YOU ARE FAMILY . THIS IS SORT OF AN " OLD SCHOOL CURTESY...PRICELESS!
