Love this store. Aways has everything I'm looking for. Employees know their stuff. And products are great.

Associates are super friendly and helpful. The store is a little cluttered at times but still usually fine. Its like most 'box' stores, they have what sells the most and occasionally not what i need. I guess thats how Mom and Pop hardware stores stay in business.

All employs is very kind. Whatever I need they give me help

Got great customer service today. A Customer Service rep who was helping someone else asked if I had a question (which I did) which quickly got me on my way without having to wait for her to finish with her customer. It took a whole 2 seconds of her time. Thank you for helping in that manner!!

This store was a little disorganized when it first opened and the initial staff they had didn't know much about their departments, how to locate anything or the actual application/use of the products sold. 2 years later and it is staffed with people who know where to find things as well as whether something is in stock or not. A vast improvement.

I just love the Home Depot stores! Always a great shopping experience with very helpful and friendly employees. Thank you, Home Depot.

Several of the employees greeted me this morning and I was assisted by two different employees. I saw employees laughing with coworkers in a cheerful and professional manner and the overall environment was helpful and friendly. I let the cashier supervisor Celeste know about my positive experience and she recommended I fill out the survey. Keep up the great work!

What rating would a store be without it employees. Richard helped us accomplish the overwhelming task of purchasing our roof project in one shopping experience. He showed us personally all the items we needed and arranged forklift for pickup.

Find Jeff. He is the best. Great employee. So knowledgeable.

Confusing floor layout. Don't understand why isles go one way, then suddenly go another. Would help if a floor schematic was located in several places in the store. Stores in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex are not laid out in this manner.

It is unprofessional to allow non-service animals into a store. It really degrades the environment and hinders a good shopping experience.

I would like to see the store carry non-grounded electrical outlet warning stickers. There are alot of older rental houses that could use these stickers if they were available in the Corvallis store.

I knew our Salem store was lacking in customer service and product availability but it definitely shows after my visit to the Corvallis store. The employees were VERY helpful, they found you and asked if they could help. The store shelves were actually stocked ( Salem store I have to find an employee to pull an item down on more than 1 occasion) A special THANKS to Emily, who went above and beyond to fix a problem that stemmed from an online order!!! I absolutely drive down to this store again just because of the employees!!!

Such consistent helpfulness from all of the employees in all of their varied capacities.

sometimes it's hard to find someone to help. maybe someone could roam the store and see if someone needs assistance .

I have shopped at several Home Depot locations, this is my favorite.

Turn is fair play, Today I had the "Honey" Do list. Clear Duct Tape, couldn't find yet was sent all over the store to find it. However when I reached check out giving up in completing my list. Lumber to repair fence, snail bait, 2x4s ect. Curtis pulled me out from line and took me straight way to a check stand. He asked is I had found everything I came in for. I explained what I was looking for. He asked If I could wait a moment. He walked clear across the store found me a comparable product, clear gorilla tape, checked me out and loaded my car. With a great smile. Thank you Curtis. Home Depot helped me to accomplish my "Honey Do" list. thank you

We've gone to this Home Depot store since it opened, and we are never disappointed in the service (knowledgeable, friendly) or the products we purchase. Every employee in the store is "customer oriented," starting with the warm greeting we receive. The store is spotless, and products are easy to find...thanks to great signage, and employees who happy to answer any questions we may have. We actually look forward to going to Home Depot!

Store arranged very well and clean. restrooms very clean, too! Cashier Sarah very helpful and friendly and cheerful. Found what we needed right away (Willamette towel bar.) We had purchased one earlier but it was too big. We returned it ...NO problem at all!...and found the smaller we we needed. Also thank you for giving veterans discount!! Such a nice thank you to all those who served to keep us great!!

Help was very good. Sometimes with such a big store it is hard to find an employees help as they are already engaged with another person

I have always been pleased with products and service at this store. They go all the way to make customers happy.

i spoke with josh on the phone a couple of days before my visit to see if they had the garden soil in stock that i wanted. he said, oh yes! 1000 bags! but when i went in, i could find none! i asked a young woman, meredith, for help and she found that there were a bunch but up on pallets. so, while she called for someone to take the pallets down, meredith hung out with me and told me about the plants, planting times and weather here in oregon as i just moved here from california. she was so friendly and knowledgeable, i didn't even mind the time it took to get the product. then she helped to load them into my car and even remembered me a few days later when i went back! that's why i will go back to this home depot.

Easy to locate items and great customer service. Had displays of items to needed to purchase so it was easy to compare.
